7:15 - 5:00 Monday-Friday I work in an extremely high paced environment in order to process reports to be mailed to patients, sent with images, and faxed/emailed to physicians as well as maintaining the failed fax log to ensure timely delivery of all reports. 

Over the 23+ years that I have worked with Dr. Fabian (Radiologist), I have had the experience of working every aspect of the non-technical side of radiology.  He has given me every opportunity to learn new roles from scheduling, patient preps, medical terminology, as well as limited collections, billing, coding, and insurance. 

I love working with my co-workers and helping to train incoming employees and answer any questions they may have in order to help the patients and referring physicians. 

The most challenging part of the job is the long hours (as early as 6:00 am some days) and occasional weekends after working my regular shift (Saturday and/or Sundays) in order to accomplish the work load in a timely manner to keep the patients and referring physicians happy so they continue to utilize our facility.

The most enjoyable part of the my job is knowing that I was able to help the get the patient's results out in a timely manner for them to be able to get the treatments needed and having them come back for routine follow-up and give praise for our hard work.  (Our hard work, because we work as a team.)

Whatever you do just do not work here. If you value your life and precious time just do yourself the favor of not wasting any time affiliating yourself with this office. 
Management is horrendous in countless of different ways-The main office manager is unprofessional and the supervisors you will have to obey are very difficult to work with. Management does not want you to succeed and if for some reason you do- best believe you will not be paid fairly. 
The work you will be completing while working here is difficult and draining. 
If you are fine with being emotionally and physically drained at the end of each day I hope you are also okay with receiving a very small pay check. This office DOES NOT PAY FAIRLY but will consume all of your time.   DO NOT EXPECT TO EVER GET A RAISE and if you do get a good pay grade that must be because this office is desperate for staff so beware. It would be less stressful to work at a very busy fast food restaurant than this office and you would be paid a lot more. Please check for your own knowledge- ALL fast food restaurants in the area pay more than this office.
Only work here if you would like to learn how an office SHOULD NOT BE RAN and if you want to completely hate your work life. 

My days of work busy everyday, always something to do, learned to do my best, my supervisor always reminding me its only me and I was doing a great job. My coworkers always talking of my hard work, able to answer all types of questions from patients in the mammography department. I coordinate the schedule for the departments scheduling mammograms, biopsies, mri's and follow up appointments for cancer patients. Patience was major in my job duties. The best feeling is when I am able to help the patients over the phone.

I worked at Advanced Imaging for a decade. During this time it was bought out by HCA cooperation the transition from interdependently owned to cooperation with no advance notice was a very difficult  for long term team members.
 HCA wanted the outpatient facility to run like a hospital without the funding. This is a very busy business with not enough FTE to help with the operation. The turn over is very high and so is the stress.

I enjoyed my work at Advanced Imaging I work there for approximately 8 years and absolutely love my job and the first 4 years a lot of things changed management looking for a change I do not feel it's right to bash any previous employer I believe they do a great job for their patients

Fairly good place to work, pay could be more, management needs to step up more to help out, need more employees to share work load. Great up to date equipment. Have the opportunity for cross training in other modalities.

Not a terrible place to work. However, the lack of communication and employee workload is ridiculous! Employees are tasked to the max, then they are called out for attitude issues or simple errors that are bound to be made when you are multitasking to the max.

Working at this company has taught me a new experience with radiology and biopsies.  I highly recommend this company. I have also learned a variety of new technologies that have been provided at this company.

Most current manager is new, they are managed by a company which is great to your face but you hardly get face time. We always worked well together and I consider the fellow staff members my family and forever HOME.

advanced imagining was a good company and i enjoyed the environment along with my coworkers, they always made me feel welcomed and helped me with any issues when i first joined the team.
