When I started with AllCare Health, it was an amazing company to work for. After my first year I advanced to another position in care coordination and really liked that job and loved the job was face to face with members. The management was also pretty decent however, with the change over in management the workplace became very toxic and uncomfortable. All management were friends with the dept director before their employment with the company and that has created tension and very biased uncomfortable workplace.  Many of us who had been there for over two years rode the wave for over a year of toxic work environment and horrible management bringing it to the attention of HR before finding employment elsewhere. If I had the chance to go back to work for the company I surely would in a different department. Overall the company was a great place to work for. The CEO has a heart of gold and seems to really care about his employees however, I'm almost certain he is not aware of what was occurring/still occurring in that department. I think he would be very disappointed if he were aware.

Our old CEO focused on taking care of providers and fostering a helpful, compassionate, teamwork focused employee group. Unfortunately our old CEO is gone and now we have a CEO that has elected to allow Mini-Empires to be built and the most cut-throat, conniving, manipulative and selfish people to rise to the top.  Employees are paid below a living wage for the region, pay raises are meager at best and never, ever are enough to actually survive. Overtime pay is nonexistent while the board gets amazing perks and premium paid retreats.  People frequently work beyond paid working hours to just stay ahead of the work flow. Effectively people often do 10+ hours of work despite being paid for 8 only. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Most co-workers. The feeling of satisfaction when you help a member and they are grateful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management. Some people are on a power trip and don't seem to have a problem crushing someone below them, as was done to me.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was great until someone went on a power trip and decided to discriminate either for race or age. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Helping members and all guests who come through the door. Teamwork is crucial, and our team worked.

AllCare Health is a wonderful place to work. Management is caring, understanding, and available to help when needed. They offer flexible schedules and believe in healthy work-life balance. I wake up every day looking forward to working and interacting with the team and my fellow coworkers. The company offers benefits, great PTO, special activities, and lots more. The medical benefits could be better, but I think they will get better as time goes on and HR is able to find better suited coverage options for us.

There is a reason there are always the same positions open. It’s because of the people that work there. They gaslighted me, made fun of me begins my back and the management NEVER responded to my emails about projects he’s ask me to do. No one there was on my side and they kept “updating” or changing things with no training. I was maybe the 4th person in that position and I knew someone that had it before and they felt the exact same way. They constantly gossiped and made fun of people that had left. This environment is so toxic. I wouldn’t recommend working there and definitely wouldn’t go back!

We all wear many hats, and lean on each other for support when needed. The patients , and providers that's it

New management,  it's like working at a puppy mill for people

If you like to leave work in teats everyday as a provider or a medical assistant front office  or even a manager then it's the place for you

All stick no carrots.  The took everything good the previous provider built up and tore it down

Enjoyed working with users at clinics but the culture at HQ was toxic. Everyone is overly "woke". The cubicles have ears. People are just waiting & listening to overhear something to get offended by. IT department is ran like the military. Follow directions, do as your told, keep your head down, & shut up because know body cares.

Within the last few years before I left, almost all of the "perks" at this company have been taken away systematically. They lure you in acting like it's a great and positive workplace that supports you - and they do, for the first few months to a year. Then they pile the work on, higher and higher, way more than you could actually get done. And admonish you when you don't complete it. Favoritism runs rampant and rules seem to only apply to those that aren't a teachers pet.
