What is the best part of working at the company?
Weekly pay the every two weeks was a waiting game the direct deposit is ook

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The clients can hire u and fire u, and when go in the hospital on purpose just so u don't get paid know that it takes time to find another client then weeks go by and u have no money to pay bill and u are under paid at this job 16 hour should be the less

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It sucks just cause it's Kansas 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's cost me more to drive there, on top of what runs I have to make for the client that do give gas money

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Large families coming in together. Most patients do not speak English and require translator 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very supportive . Excellent staff. Real team work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8-5. 15 patients. Refugee physicals.

Only good for a temporary job, do not fall into the trap of believing their words about promotion etc . Certain people go together others that stand up get demeaned, treated like a number not a person. 

The starting pay is on the lower end compared to other companies within the area. It’s not very easy to get days off and they are usually short staffed. You have to have your drivers license and personal vehicle to work there. They do reimburse for driving at the rate of 50 cents per mile.  

Supportive environment and provides a good work/life balance. It can get stressful being a caregiver but that comes with the job. It's very fulfilling knowing that your work is making a difference.

The position was fulfilling going in with flexible scheduling opportunity and exciting environment. General start up issues though leading to chaos in the workplace and lack of direction. 

Small town hospital that is now closed. Alliance just picked up and left our little town leaving us with no hospital it was nice of them to try to run our hospital just didn't make them any money 

Great place to work! Wages are good in today's  economy.  Good folks to work with! No complaints. I learned alot about working in the mental health field while there and gained much needed experience. 

Had great experience and met great people. I really really enjoyed this while still in high school because it was very flexible with my schedule since I played sports year round 

Alliance gas great teamwork, fair pay and good management. I Would recommend them to anyone looking for a job where you your coworkers feel like family and patient care is at the top priority.
