I worked at Allpro I loved my job but not certain aspects! If you want to be treated like a human don’t go here! They put new  policies in place but they fail.  Even if you resign respectfully they will trash talk you to any other potential employers. They lie about Bonuses and never pay out constantly changing the rules so you never qualify. Also, you must be at your desk for random video chats, if you go to lunch, bring mail out of office or use the restroom you better tell them because immediately if your not at your desk they assume your not in the office! They will call you via video, phone in office, personal cell phone multiple times! In a single day you could get 20 calls no joke! Lets not discuss all the after hours text, calls and emergencies that are not really emergencies! Anyways its not the job itself thats bad its the management. Oh also dont you dare have a disability they dont accommodate even a sit stand station 

Don’t bother this job has brought on nothing but problems since I started . I was told it’s full time but barley get any hours!  I have to beg and constantly email and call the staff to get anything done . They are always canceling my shifts last minute or a hour before . Telling me I have to check my schedule? I’m always checking my schedule the issue is the clients need to be told there’s a certain amount of time they have to call in for that shift so we don’t waste our gas & time . I’m not paid for mileage the way they schedule me is super weird one shift early morning then another one at night ? I can’t stand that . I’m thinking about quitting already it’s only been a week .  It’s not worth the money and headaches it will bring you . It’s a very unstable job . Hours aren’t guaranteed clients are switched constantly I’m over it . I’m not a big caller I rather email I guess that’s a big inconvenience to the staff …. Over it 

They will give you a 1099 at the end of the year because they do not take taxes out of your check.  Also, keep every receipt from gas, food, car maintenance, things for buy for work such as clothing or electronic items like a phone charger. Also keep track of your mileage every time you work, it’s all a write off when you do your taxes.  I recommend opening a savings account and putting in at least 15% of your check in every week to cover your taxes so at the end of the year you cleave the money to pay into it.

The company is good, at least the branch I’m in.  They give you hours when you want them, you literally take on as many clients as you can fit into your week.  If you want a certain day off each week then you make sure they know you don’t work that day and they will fix your schedule around it.  Only issue I’ve had was trying to get paycheck stubs because it goes through 3 people before they send it to you in an email.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Getting to see your patient's daily. They become so much more like family. The staff that you work with they are also amazing to work with.

I honestly never foun d any one thing to be stressfulor that I would change 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's just you and the couple you are with if your patient has a partner . It's very calm and a rewarding to be able to give back.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day for me .. I pull up to my first home at 8:00. Talk help with cleaning any projects this patient may need assistance with. I then will help.i will cook some lunch. Wash dishes just do household chores for them. Talk and just conversation with them about anything they enjoy . Just want to make each day better for them is what I strive for.

The best part about working here was the clients. I love caring for people, and so when the job was good it was great. But when it starts to fall off, it gets to a point where it's not worth continuing employment. The management is very Gung ho about getting clients an assigned worker, but don't care about the workers themselves. I've had several times where the management would tell me about a new client close to my work area, and then go radio silent for weeks until the client is either not with the company, or someone else has taken them. 

The hardest part of the job? Losing a client or talking to the management. 

The easiest part? Doing the assigned work, and talking to the veterans. 

This company is very disorganized. Several applicants have stated that they think it's a scam. The company does not treat their employees with respect if they are not a favorite employee. There is a lack of effective communication. Co-workers cannot be trusted, meetings happen behind people's backs. There's no conflict management. The training program is not what it should be. Management has no idea what they are doing. Tools necessary to complete the job were not provided. Management provides employees with conflicting information. Schedulers don't seem to know what they're doing. Clients don't get the help they need. Caregivers don't get the hours they need.The list goes on and on.

Helping disabled veterans stay independent 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management at the corporate office and unrealistic projection goals.  There is so much pressure placed on coordinators and they are not appreciated or paid their worth

Stressful , nonsupportive and not family friendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Ridiculous amount of zoom calls from supervisor located at corporate in TN.

You get you clients for the week and you go to their home to take care of the with a list of things that need to be done from management.  It is very rewarding helping people that can't do things themselves.  Sometimes the travel is far to get to their home and you can claim your travel time when you do your taxes at the end of the year. Sometimes you have to go shopping for your clients and take their credit card.  Or fix them supper or give them a shower. There can be a lot of travel time involved with the job. You can sit and watch TV with your clients as long as your work is done.

I love the job working with patients and getting to know them and helping them, your patience, become part of your life, and you are part of theirs  you must keep an eye on your hours time you clock in and time you clock out even if you are scheduled like I was from 9 o’clock to 1 o’clock. Patients are only allowed a certain amount of time and mine was allowed 15 hours a week I did not get paid for five hours because they do not pay overtime is what they called it when they had me scheduled I didn’t schedule myself

You can set your own hours. Days and hours you are available  to work is at your discretion

You miss work you don't get paid not paid time off

You are responsible  for caring for the patient  in the comfort of their homes

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You have to clock in and out from your mobile device or from the patients phone. You perform and assist with any needs the patient might have
