This company provides experience needed if your looking to move up for a management role. You're basically supervising the outsourced work from India. The turn-over rate is extremely high, pay vs. workload is nowhere near enough. The steps to handle one task is very daunting, you have multiple systems that you need to enter the same information into. They do not offer certified mail, so if you send anything to insurances, you literally have no proof and claims tend to be written off after months, and months of resubmission. Overall, this job offers A LOT of unnecessary work that could easily be resolved/closed within an appropriate time frame if they just provided the proper tools. You have just enough resources available to get by but not enough to get the job done without time wasted. 

Literally the worst experience of my life. In retrospect I don’t know how I lasted as long as I did. Company is unorganized and you’re expected to complete the work of 3 people for the pay of less than one. Senior management doesn’t care about you as an employee. Regional managers are a bunch of bullies who don’t get held accountable for their foul behavior.  Coming into work literally felt like you were walking on eggshells because if there was a mistake made (which happens often because there is no structure) it was a literal witch hunt. Most unprofessional work environment I have ever set foot in. I had high hopes for this job. I saw the potential for growth as they are a growing company. Don’t let that fool you. Growth is impossible there because no matter how much you take on, learn, and do well. It’s not enough. They want more and more and more. Then you’re rewarded with a 50 cent raise (if you’re lucky). People work there for 20+ years only to make just above minimum wage with responsibilities well above their pay. Only positive are the people. I met some very great individuals there. Sadly, no matter how great your peers are they don’t outweigh the abuse of the job. 

What I love most about my job is the variety each day brings. While I do have a common, recurring set of goals and tasks to achieve -- the unexpectedness of random tasks is always nice. I've been able to learn, complete and create things that have fallen out of my "job description." The nice thing about this is realizing you're maximizing your potential and that opens the door for growth opportunities. In the years I've been here, I've been able to grow to heights I wasn't expecting when I first started as an intern. As with any job, there are setbacks, wads of stress, etc. but when you put that aside and look at the brighter picture, you'll realize that you're in a place that truly cares for it's employees.

I worked at this clinic for approximately three months. During that time, it became clear that the environment was not supportive of individuals transitioning into family medicine from a different specialty. Despite my prior experience in neurology, my efforts to seek clarification and ask questions—standard practice when adapting to a new field—were consistently met with unconstructive feedback and unwelcoming behavior from some of the providers. This made integration into the team especially challenging. While the clinical environment may be better suited for those already experienced in family medicine, I found the non-clinical staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and a positive aspect of the workplace.

If you like to feel appreciated and valued. This is not the company for you. Yes, it is in the medical industry and Yes its a good experience to have as a career but not for long term. There are two management style: 1) favoritism 2) un-favoritism. This may sound ridiculous but in fact true. Top management has no idea how to manage. Some might even question why you want a increase in salary regardless of how hard or smart you work. Its about what tree you bark up. Anyhow, without giving the details. I would strongly deter from applying her and go to a more well known medical company that has management with degrees from accredited institution versus management that has no idea how to keep their staff appreciated, happy and/or eager to stay. I enjoyed my job greatly and only left because of a split in the practice. Neither office could support my salary after the split but were wonderful enough to keep me working for both until I secured another job. Doctors and manager were outstanding to work for and with. I was able to learn a great many new skills while with Argus. This job was always interesting as I was trained to cover all job tasks within the office. I was even able to assist as a fill in for the back office when needed. I truly loved the records portions of my job as well as helping the patients.

The place has a lot of struggles internally. Upper management doesn’t give importance to the most critical part of the revenue cycle. The department they are most dependent on is also the most undervalued. Expected turn around time is unrealistic, hence there is a lot of inefficient work and inefficient meetings. There are only temporary moments of understanding what is required to begin with. Lack of proper direction abounds most likely because no one really knows what direction they are going. Employees are valued based on preference and what they are doing at the moment instead of overall performance.

Growing too quickly compromises quality. Unrealistic expectations from staff, unreasonable managers. Certain staff in operations (making all the decisions) with no hands on experience.
ESL within management is a big issue, communication is very BAD!

*everyone is replaceable* here even the very valuable ones that have given YEARS. People come and go with no communication to staff.

Other reviews i read were laughable!! most likely strategically entered or encouraged by HR staff.

At first I was really motivated thinking I was finally at a good company work place, I was wrong with time I saw a-lot of unfairness between employees, The manager where I worked at was very rude has favoritism towards certain girls that get away with giving wrongful vaccines, to calling out and arriving late to work all the time, they never have back up for when people call out  they have us rushing with patients it was chaotic my Anxiety was to the top, manager and Human Resource never once cared of our well being Im glad Im witha better company now please stay away from argus!!!

The company is very productive and fast-paced, but if you have the experience and knowledge, you will flourish. The people and staff here are great and are easy to talk to. If you ever need assistance or cannot figure something out, you can always ask for help and they will gladly help. The benefits, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO are great. The pay is also very competitive and their is room for growth. Argus has changed and adapted to provide better work environments and benefits for its staff.
