Upon starting here, the team leader and the program manager seemed to be very supportive and helpful. When I started this job I was motivated and ready to work. When I started they asked me about my "recovery journey." Later to use it against me when I wasn't making the quantity they wanted weekly. 
They brought me into a meeting and told me: "these are the rumors going around about you...." 
In what world does a rumor have any place in a professional environment? and how does the program manager think a RUMOR, is relevant to your job title...
 Next I was told to work harder, even though when I was with clients, things went exceptionally... They told me to "prove the rest of the team wrong." 
In what kind of world does a company HIRE somebody, to say: "the rest of the team doesn't believe in you, and you need to prove yourself to the other people on your "team" that are doubting you for ZERO reason....
What kind of company brings someone on and lets the rest of the team be passive about their "issues" they have with that said person... 
This company will bring you on and will NOT give you the support they claim to have for you in the beginning stages of coming on.
If you want good employees, bring them on and HOLD THEM UP. Treat them like the valuable assets they are, OR THEY WILL LEAVE. 
This team will drive people out the door because they "didn't like the person" or because "they didn't laugh at any of my jokes."
This place is such a misguided mess that taking a door to door job would be essentially less demanding. I mean really, you get paid less than 1,000 a month if you aren't making the quantity they tell you is the correct amount... meaning quantity>quality...? okay....
You get signed on for a salary, only for it to be cut when you cannot make the contacts you had scheduled for the week, well because the people you are working with are homeless, don't have phones, and aren't ever where they say they are. 
So if  you have unlimited gas and resources, go ahead and take this job. 

Working at B&D Integrated Health Services has truly been a blessing in my life. This company gave me an opportunity when many others turned me away because of my past. Instead of judging me, B&D embraced me, believed in me, and helped guide me to a whole new level of personal growth, professionalism, and leadership. The support, training, and encouragement I have received here have helped me become the best version of myself, both personally and professionally.

Growing up in poverty and facing many setbacks in life, I never imagined I would have the opportunity to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees and the people we serve. B&D has opened so many doors for a young man like me and has shown me that your past does not define your future. The leadership team truly invests in their staff and pushes everyone to succeed while maintaining compassion and respect for one another.

One of the best parts about working here is being able to help consumers who are struggling and watching them make positive changes in their lives. Every day, my team and I work together to support others, encourage growth, and help people become stable and successful. Seeing those transformations is rewarding and reminds me why I love what I do.

The work environment at B&D is positive, professional, and family-oriented. Everyone comes together as a team, and there is always support when you need it. This company has been amazing not only to me, but also to my family. I am grateful for every opportunity, lesson, and experience I have gained while working here. B&D Integrated Health Services is truly an outstanding company, and I am proud to be a part of such a caring and dedicated team.

Working at this company was probably close to some of the worst six months of my life. My mental health tanked consistently throughout, to the point where I simply could not put energy into my job anymore. They had me driving to places so far apart that I could only get a few sessions in a day, and didn't even put in the effort for gas reimbursement because they required a signature from clients stating that you had been to their home to allow reimbursement. Beyond this, there was consistent pressure to meet increasingly unrealistic expectations from leadership that was not only out of touch but also constantly changing. The communication between leaders was also extremely poor, often times resulting in cases being given to me with no prior context because another clinician left. They will work you until you can't continue anymore and will just keep hiring people and churning them out. 

 Gossip and pettiness are the everyday norm, and it feels like money is the main driver. They're all about the cash, even if it means compromising the quality of care for the community. Clients are left bouncing between therapists due to the constant turnover, making it a struggle to establish trust without any consistency. I can't blame them. The professionalism here IS NO EXISTENT!! MOST of the staff seem lost in what they're doing. Now, the billing situation is a total mess. The therapist aren't trained and they barely know how to help me or the clients. They'll go to extremes to overbill for services not needed. They way more focused on money than actually helping people. Honestly, there are much better options out there. If you're seeking a place with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for the community, B&D not for you

The company has a high turnover rate which leaves many people not being adequately trained. This is at an upper management level and trickles down to the case managers, extenders, etc. The job is hybrid but there are quotas that must be met on a weekly basis along with multiple team meetings per week. There are in person meetings as well. A lot of the meetings had no purpose in my opinion. Tasks would need to be done that I received zero training on. Direct supervisor didn’t know much about the role either. The place has potential but when I was there it was a disorganized mess. I left in good standing because I felt uncomfortable with performing tasks that we didn’t get trained on. 

RUNNNNN, 
This place will mentally exhaust you. There is no training, you are left to fend for yourself, management is horrible.....the director is even worse. They seem nice at first but can get really slick at the mouth when it comes to productivity and billing issues. There is just a way you maintain professionalism and how you talk to people that makes all the difference in morale. Pay is decent but its not worth staying up till 2 am doing notes bc you have no time in the day to do them due to having team meeting every day that last hours for no real reason. No advancement opportunities unless you are in the click. Just Don't. Other companies also frown on this place...  

I moved to NC a few months ago and this by far was the worse job ever! The lack of organization, leadership, toxicity, and high turn over I have seen has been overwhelming. The Supervisor is very unprofessional and lacks empathy. The quota that has to be met with this company is absurd especially if you are a student, have children or God forbid if you have an actual life outside of work YOU ARE DOOMED! People walk on eggshells because they are afraid of being fired due to freedom of speech or creativity. No, I would not ever recommend nor come back to a place that makes me feel less than a person.

If you are looking to find a way to work through a HIGHLY stressful and toxic environment, B&D is the place to be. There is little to no administrative support, expectations are high (which you are informed of from the beginning) BUT training is so sparse and half completed that there is no way to fully understand how to reach those expectations before you are threatened with being replaced or having your pay docked. The focus is only on quantity and not quality. Clinicians are constantly penalized for things that are out of their control and trashed talked around that unprofessionally loud office afterwards. All in all, it's not worth risking your mental health over.

High Expectations with minimal support and resources. High expectations with no sense of clarity and management who talks down and at staff with no supervisory or people skills to manage a team. No accountability for clients and their actions when it comes to services. Each location operates total differently. Professionalism is needed at the VERY TOP of the organization. It was best to leave the company all together. It has potential, but a long way to go compared to its competitors.

Time given to see patients became quite inflexible and short. Double booking.

Team meetings were very helpful in coordinating care.  excellent med techs.

Fast paced,  full use of knowledge and experience. Independence in treatment
