I loved working for Bayview! My greatest sorrow was leaving.  I would love if they expanded to other states. 
I felt appreciated, there was continuous opportunity to work traveling there many select offices. Mileage compensation. There were bonuses! Fabulous benefits. The doctors though are the best I have worked with. Doctors ranging from all over the country but highly skilled professional and empathic to the patient's needs with absolutely exceptional care.  I felt there was team appreciation! I truly miss my fellow team members. at the It was top notch training and helped me sharpen my skills. I loved working with everyone and working for Bayview! If I am blessed to return to Florida in the future. I would love the opportunity to reapply please keep me on file!! I am very grateful and wish them much success!

I’ve worked for companies in the past that take your suggestions and throw them into the trash. Since coming on board with Parkview, I’m impressed by how much feedback is appreciated and change is welcomed. No company is perfect and BayView isn't either, but it’s obvious how much they want to do right by their employees and patients! I always feel heard and appreciated, and it’s important to me that everyone within the organization feels the same.

I’ve never had so much fun with holidays in my life! We have contests — from costumes and pumpkins at Halloween time to the newly implemented “Spirit Store” where you earn points and can buy things! (Probably my favorite part of working with BayView)

I truly enjoy everyone within the organization and feel that I’ve found my new “work family” which means a lot to me. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is the support from my co-workers, we all get along & help each other throughout the day to make the experience a better one for the patients! I feel comfortable doing my job at the front desk, helping patients understand their insurance benefits, answering their questions about appointments, treatment plans and general office protocols. A well informed patient is generally a happy one!

I started school and work on the same day. They're we're 2 Dentist with assistants at the beginning of my employment by the end of my employment they're were 5 general dentist, 3 specialists and 17 assistants. I was able to grow in all areas of a dental office and made long lasting relationships with my co-workers. I enjoy helping patients with their Dental needs wether is a composite filling, a crown or full cosmetic reconstruction of the mouth.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing!!! Bonuses and they took it away from me! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management above me telling me my accent and personality was to New York!! 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible, the Doctor was horrendous and snooped around and sat on his phone all day and staff was nasty

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Horrible! The doctor was mean and did terrible work

I've been working for the company for many years. When I started it was a smaller private practice, which I loved ! As the company continues to grow, I'm happy to say that it still has a private practice feel! I love the TEAM I work with,  and appreciate the  upper management team! Their leadership and support are top notch! They offer competitive wages, 401k match, bonuses, and Health benefits!

I started with this company back in "April 2019" I came in as new Office Manager. This company has been nothing but a blessing, the flexible work schedule, the support from my regional and the amazing team that I have here at my Venice location. Lets just I will be retiring from this company.

Not given ALL details of the poor condition of the practice, but expected to fix it ALL. Repeatedly requested help, ie, an assistant, which went unanswered. Constant turnover of staff. High stress. A corporate regional was hired and anyone who was not “corporate minded and producing to that mentality” was fired!  Lesson learned: believe no one, trust NO ONE!

I've learned a lot from everyone here. Parkview is growing a lot and I'm glad to continue learning from the good values they have. They make me feel valued for my work and are very helpful when help is needed. I've learned that professionalism matters a lot and you can face any situation respectfully and as a team.

Management does not know what they are  doing.  Noisy and very dirty office space to say the least.  They hired me because they could not find anyone else who wanted to work there!!  Very young office anyone over 50 does not fit in!!! 
They are always arguing, which is very unprofessional and show that they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!
