As Real Estate companies go, Best Choice IS the best choice. This company offers upmost support and is a joy to work for. Since each broker is an independent contractor we are responsible for obtaining our own business. The staff is always happy to support you when needed by promptly answering questions and helping with vendor referrals etc.

I started my real l estate career with a different company, but Best Choice Realty was more fitting for my preference. Gave me the independence, but always had the support when needed.  I've since, relocated and  released my license, but will go back in a heartbeat,  if I decide to return to Washington real estate... I am, currently, looking for the same structure in a different region. Just to give an idea of how much I enjoyed being with the company. 

This is a great real estate firm for experienced agents or new agents.  Abundant educational opportunities and management support, if you need it.  If you follow the training and coaching and you are still not able to be productive, you may want to consider a different career choice.  Management provides the tools you need to be successful.  

Best Choice Realty and Property management is a family owned and operated company. That comes with goods and bads. The flexibility for you as an employee is wonderful but you have to be self motivated and understand the ceiling only reaches so high.

It was a great place to work, the boss was a great guy.  There is a lot of down time.  It is hard to work with the maintenance man because of his lack of effort in making repairs on properties.  The properties could be maintained better.

Time management and self accountability are key to working in this industry. I've learned many things from how to market myself, to how to better manage my time, and myself.

The company itself is small and they sell a lot of homeswhen you need help we definitely will receive the help you need if you are behind on any assignments

I have been with this company for 7 years! It's amazing. Whenever I have a question I have someone there. Best company to work for in real estate. Hands down. 

BCR is a great choice if you want to be an independent broker in the greater Seattle area.
