Typical day at work included being micro-manged by my manager, tons of work levels above my pay grade but pay did not match my experience - over 20 years in IT - annual evaluation was unfair, received 94% out of a possible 100%, manager could not find it in his prejudical heart to give a  perfect score, which is what  was deserved.

The hardest part of the job was dealing with a miro-manager, contantly nick picking every single day.

Working at BNL was a mixed bag. Most of the work I did was interesting, though there was the occasional humdrum work that's to be expected in any role. The marketing team was quite small and also new, so we were learning as we went. It was hard at times to find appreciable benefit to the company with the work I created. I often questioned whether or not if the work I created helped the company.

I have worked here for a couple of years and have moved from an Operations Assistant to an Operations Administrator. BNL has been a great place for me to hone my skills and grow my confidence in the HR field. I feel like I am able to communicate effectively with my manager and get the assistance I need. 

Great culture at BNL. They promote learning and being a self-starter. Great benefits. The most enjoyable part of the job is are the people that work there.

I was employed with BNL on a 10 month contract.  During my time there, I felt valued and management was always appreciative of my contributions to the project.  Pay was very competitive.
