I use to work there until I couldn't take it anymore. The pay is horrendous. They don't give raises, the managers are the only ones who sees performance based bonuses. You are told all these good things when you interview for the job then when you get there it's hardly the case. They are constantly having people quit. I wonder why? You can only top out at 2 weeks vacation. Even if you've worked there for 30 years. There's guys there that all they do is cause drama. They are constantly in the managers office stiring the pot. Management is constantly changing things. Constantly moving people around. You bust your butt all month to get as much done as possible and you never once hear a "good job" I left a good job to come to this place and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I fell for the lies management told me in the interview. They will tell you you can make all the money you want which is extremely untrue!! They have it set up to where you will never make good money. It's ran just like a car dealership.  I just want people to really know what goes on there. The people that work there are pretty cool it's just management that makes it awful.

A typical day at work is coming in phones are ringing and customers are coming in to get ready for camping. I started with no knowledge of RVs. Through the year I have learned the different electrical systems in RVs, pluming, and how RVs really work. my co-workers are outstanding at what they do I love this family that I have now worked for 3 years. The hardest part of this job is not knowing all the answers to a customers question but the most enjoyable part of the job is finding and getting the answer for the customer and the customer leaving with a smile on their face and knowing they got good customer service.

Overall, I did enjoy working at Bob Hurley RV, although some of the employees still act like they are in high school. The benefits and pay were good, the management was good (At least, my immediate manager was).

Family owned company where people look the same with like minded experiences. The glass ceiling is really noticeable here. Read between the lines. Thanks

Great Company, very competitive - long hours.  Great for someone with no kids or outside obligations. Hard to take off work for outside events, money is great if you hustle.

Great company to work for. Everyone is like family and all work well together to get the job done in a timely manner to satisfy the customer for service or sales.

Loved working with co-workers. Enjoyed the work and getting to work with the equipment.  Employee recognition was evident and appreciated.  Really enjoyed the work.

People are good, laid back place. Management needs therapy. Lots of rushing and time wasting due to others laziness. Blame shifting. Overall decent place. 

You’re either in the family or you’re not, if not you don’t last long there. Management can be aggravating. Want more work than what you’re being paid to do.
