I've been with the company for over 4 years and couldn't be happier. I really enjoy the people I work with and the laid back atmosphere. We work together, not against each other and everyone contributes something of value to every project. The employees are treated well with many perks and fair compensation, never feel micromanaged, plus free snacks! I feel comfortable asking for whatever I need to get my job done to the best of my ability and all of my requests have been met. Plus they feel very strongly about giving back and make regular donations to local communities. It's not all about profits. I'm really glad I found my work family at Acquire.

I love that fact that I get to meet people and make friends in my community by distributing my free prescription discount cards. People love that they get to help Make-A-Wish and the ASPCA just by using the card. It gives even more meaning to helping people afford their medications. Since I'm in my 60's with an elderly parent, it's important that I set my own schedule. I like that I can do what I have to do throughout the day and then make visits in the evenings or on weekends, if needed. It's nice to be able to beat traffic and get on the road on my time. The pay is also fair because you get out what you put in. I'm so happy to have found a company that suits me so well!

Outside sales is great if you like a flexible schedule and don't mind being in the car a lot.  I drive around to pharmacies and talk to them about our services as well as thinking of creative treats to bring and personalizing my visits. 
The team doesn't compete with each other so everyone ishares new tools and info.
I built my territories from zero. In one year my pay has quadrupled in 1 year and  still increasing. 
I absolutely love love love the flexibility.

This might not be for everyone, but this type of work environment personally suits me best because I prefer to stay active and busy.

I've been with Acquire Health from the very beginning and was promoted from Manager to Director in 2.5 years. The people are wonderfully supportive and help you grow in your career. I was initially drawn to the company because of their nonprofit relationships, whose missions have become personally important to me. It's great to be at a growing company that puts their employees first and goes out of their way to ensure your happiness. They are very mindful of work-life balance and feel like family while still respecting your boundaries. The leadership makes you feel valued and comfortable to share your opinions. I would 100% recommend working here.

I work when i want. I simply fulfill my playbook. Bonuses have been offered every month for years. Sky is the limit on earnings it’s a full commission job. Reach out to other reps for immediate knowledge and ideas. The money is great and if it was broke down how much per hour. It would blow peoples minds. I have plenty of off days. If i wanted (and i have) I can work long days and complete my playbook in a week and have three weeks off to do whatever. 

Great inclusive work environment. I am a part of helping people who need discounts to be able to afford their prescriptions. We’re using our expertise in direct response marketing to find and connect with these individuals. Always proud when we get a testimonial.

Wish we could distribute our cards to more people faster. There are so many people in need, especially now with an additional 27 million people losing their health insurance in the pandemic.

Making required territorial  visits each month because they are contingent on getting bonuses.

Great because this is an independent position and you work autonomously. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go into 10-14 accounts per day any day or weekends. Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy staff by promoting the savings card.
