Great company all around! From the onboarding process to when you step into your new role. The trainers at CLS are not just instructors; they are mentors who are deeply invested in the success of every employee. They foster an environment of open communication, where questions are not only welcomed but encouraged, creating a space for collaborative learning. I'm amazed by everyone I've come across at CLS, their commitment to providing quality healthcare services is evident in everything they do. This level of integrity permeates the entire organization and sets a shining example for employees. Its refreshing to be a part of an organization that believes in its people and invest in their success. 

Unfortunately between the constant change in policies, dangling of benefits (401k has a 1 year vetting period before you can even open it) and bonuses like a carrot then changing the timeline, condescending personalities and exceptionally flippant decision making, it's very difficult to find success in the admin building at CLS Health. Hardworking employees easily burn out and feel overworked - once that happens it's likely to fall into the 'quiet quitting' trap. Instead of finding the root of the issue and growing these team members, hypercriticism and wringing them out occurs. Work culture needs to change, but if you try to pivot that on your own, you're likely on the way out whether you know it or not.

A typical work day consist of 29-36 patients alone rooming while collecting specimen samples no help. If help was sent it was from a floater that had no idea how to work in a different specialty which assisting the floater with understanding how another specialty works. Higher non certified MA’s. Management was a horrible verbally speaking egos are in the way & it seems as if up management have a secret agenda not to assist their team when asking for information on how’s and what. Would never return to a company that has been open 20+ years with no organization. 

I highly recommend CLS Health as a great place to work. The management team is supportive and dedicated to the success of their employees. The work environment is positive and productive, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. I have had the pleasure of working with some truly talented and dedicated individuals, and I am grateful for the experience. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my time at CLS Health and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling and challenging career.

This is probably the worst place to work at as a medical assistant or in general. Not only does CLS try to low ball you but they do not care about your well being. Being apart this company has shown that they are NOT there to help you grow unless it consists of bullying, lack of professionalism and negative work environment. CLS needs to do better.

I love working at CLS. Since I started working here I do not feel like I have to get up and go to work. I feel like I want to go to work. Not only the pay is competitive but they also offer great benefits for their employees. I love being a part of a company where I know I can grown within and become better in my career journey.  I like that I learn something new every day here. 

CLS Health is an awesome place to work, understanding and let’s not for about flexible!! All you have to do is communicate with your Leads and they’re understanding especially when it comes to your family.. They are family oriented so if there’s anything regarding your family they will work with you and help you on whatever you need☺️

A typical day at work: I get to work with a goal in mind to complete the duties that are expected of me. 
I've learned the eCW system and the company's procedures. 
My experience with Management is awesome.
The work place is a cultural diversity setting.
There is no hard part of the job at this time because I've just started.   
The most enjoyable part of the job is the TEAM work.


I love my job, it's such a great place to work for, the culture is amazing. The most enjoyable part of working as patient service coordinator is helping patients and being the first person they see is such an important part of how we attend them. Management is also fantastic they're very helpful.

From onboarding to training the process was smooth and helpful. I appreciate how team members support each other, whether they’re generous with their time or giving positive feedback. It’s easier to complete my tasks knowing I have everyone’s support. Great leadership! I am learning a lot while working with the company. There is room for advancement. You are busy while on the clock but it is a rewarding job.
