Camarena's work pace is steady, busy enough to make you feel accomplished and productive, but not overwhelming.  I appreciate all of our leaders and my supervisor.  Camarena offers opportunities for growth and they tend to invest in their own staff.  I came from a different FQHC center and wow, what a positive difference.  Pay is very fair and some positions meet above expectation.  Our benefits and PTO are very generous.  Better than most of my friends/family workplaces.  Management sees you as part of a team and not a working robot.

Camarena is a great company with good benefits, lot of incentives, even bonuses. There is so much room to grow and build yourself for your career. The new Service Excellence Program is awesome for rewarding workers with positive attitudes. Makes me feel better for constantly being a light that shines no matter what the day brings. The program is there to help all of Camarena employees to want to strive to the best every day and to spread positivity in the work place. 

I am a full-time employee with a set schedule that is forwarded to me at least a month ahead of time. Over the course of seven years, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge while working at Camarena. The management is top-notch, and the highlight of my job is that Camarena treats its employees like family. The company is committed to fostering employee growth and development.

Camarena Health is a very supportive employer that allows us to balance work/personal needs.  They offer competitive pay, an excellent benefits packet that included accrued vacation and sick time and there are opportunities for advancement as well.  

I have truly enjoyed working here. The work environment is welcoming, supportive, and friendly. The team is always encouraging, and leadership genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. Camarena Health is a great place to work.  They are constantly looking for ways to make their employees feel cared for and heard.  If want to work for an organization that is supportive of their employees while at the same time caring for the community...then join the team.  The organizations top priority are the people in the community, patients and employees alike.

The culture is great! Everyone works well together, great team work and collaboration! Great work life balance, everyone is understanding and is supportive. 

It is an amazing workplace to start the rest of your career. The HR dept. is amazing at welcoming you and helping you to adjust. The SEA meeting was really productive in helping all the new hires get a feel for the kind of company that you will start working for. Overall an amazing place to work!

As large as the company is it’s not that bad.
The only issue is the jobs in their main location is completely different then their  rule areas. Their mountain locations are very disorganized and very hectic. No one wants to take responsibilities for the issues in those locations.
It’s very sad because the patients need just as good care then the people in town.
