Cantata Health was a good employer over the 29 years I worked for them. Very flexible work hours and management was excellent. The benefits were comparable to other organizations. They provide employees various opportunities to pursue different positions.

I have bounced around to different consulting firms and occassionally returned to companies I worked with before. I would NOT work for this group (the product managment group) again.

I started with Keane and left before NTT Data sold them off to become Cantata. The product is junk and their support is worse. Maybe things have gotten better as they are independent now, but they have laid off a lot of people with no severance packages!

For 12 1/2 years I really loved my job when is was under NTT Data, Inc. I felt valued as a member of the team, but after the sale of the company. The entire culture became sour and sometimes hostile.

The workplace culture was friendly and collaborative. Employees need to self-teach each new tool introduced. For example, starting to use automated testing involved learning to use Java, Eclipse, and selenium.

There were many opportunities for creating electronic health record products and integrating with outside entities.  Opportunities to wear many hats.  Great, productive, creative team of individuals.

Decent environment. Personnel are dedicated and professional. Significant reliance on offshore resources sometimes makes it challenging to get things done, but in general a great place to work.

It has been a great experience so far working with Cantata Health. I am in a mid-career change and they have been a great company with challenging expectations that has helped me move forward.

The company seems to be loosing its focus. It is not sure if it wants to be the leader in customer service, or its products.  Sometimes sales seems to be the goal, without forethought.

Great office, lovely lake with paths, cafes near by, good location, good managers, nice, friendly coworkers, collaborative team, offers benefits, older crowd
