Working at CWC Fulton was a horrible experience at an entry level position I worked. The management and company lack morals and ethics in their business practice especially how they treat employees. I was only a subcontractor for the company, was expected to prove myself within 90 days introductory period just to not be offered a contract and stable employment despite excellent performance quick learning and expectations exceeded. You will not get any benefits as a subcontractor whereas they have to pay benefits to actual employees, beware. The turnover is ridiculous within such a short period of time and they have no respect for employees. They will not accommodate staff or promote hardworking deserving staff. This is all due to the extreme superficiality and clique of the management here; you will only be hired if you give more than what you must and are liked by them, simple. They take advantage of ambitious hard working vulnerable people giving them false hope  as shown by their methods, honesty and more is not rewarded. The anxiety and walking on eggshells and gaslighting here is the worst due to the supervisor lack of clear communication and trust, making you doubt your abilities. Few people are encouraging. Do not work here if you want a stable or enjoyable employment and want to avoid this, you are 100% replaceable if you are not exactly what they’re looking for as they nit pick who they want and when. Save yourself, I am warning you!

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this workplace. The organization places a strong emphasis on workplace culture and maintains policies intended to support employees. Management generally made efforts to assist when concerns were raised; however, the resolution did not address the challenges I personally experienced.

The workload was generally manageable, with occasional high-demand periods. Many coworkers were professional and kind, and I appreciated working with them. The role itself was not the main issue for me. My difficulties were primarily related to supervisory interactions and communication. At one point, I perceived that information I shared may have been discussed with others, which appeared to affect how I was treated by a colleague. This change in treatment felt harsh to me and contributed to a stressful work environment.

Although the organization has policies related to retaliation and employee concerns, my situation was not reviewed after I chose to resign. When I later inquired about returning, I was informed that reemployment was not possible. As a result, I am unable to seek future opportunities within the organization. Overall, I felt pressured to resign and unsupported during a challenging period. This experience did not align with what I personally consider a healthy or supportive workplace

My Managers are very understanding of work life balance.

The only stress we deal with is the patients and meeting their needs

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is compressed of all women.  You have to concentrate to do your job and stay out of the mix

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy helping patients on the floor and on the phone.  Being ready and prepared for what is required with each patient for each provider

I absolutely loved my job for the three years I worked there! Higher ups can be a little iffy but my direct manager was pretty great. If you do what is asked of you, you shouldn’t have any issues. I met some amazing people working there and no other job will compare to the family I felt apart of. Even with it being all females, it didn’t have that catty feel. I had to leave there because I moved 900 miles away but if I could have picked the job up and taken it with me, I would have!  

Most of the time we were understaffed, and we would take on more than what we were paid.  Sometimes it would take management longer than usual to step in. Providers were great to work with and the patients were too. It’s a very easy job, some days are more busier than usually when all providers are in. I was warned earlier in my employment about the cliques in the office, which normally I don’t pay any mind to, but lots of the girls there would try to throw people under the bus for giggles. I left immediately. 

I’ve been working at Capital Women's Care Division 39 for over a year and I really enjoy it. The people here are friendly and helpful, and the team is great to work with. The bosses and doctors are easy to talk to and care about us. 

There are plenty of chances to learn and grow, and they respect your time outside of work.  The work is very rewarding and I feel good about what I do.

Overall, it’s a great place to work, and I’m happy to be here!



Typical day setting up rooms for OB/GYN types of exams. Preparing lab forms, calling patients with test results, maintaining electronic medical records. In between patients we also faxe medical records to other docotrs offices, schedule future apptionments for patients, and answer phone lines. Cleaning and sterilizing rooms and instruments.

Thank god I have left this office! Do NOT work for this office. The managing staff is terrible! The things they ask you do to get time off is absolutely ridiculous! They treat their employees terribly, once you start you will want to leave immediately! I don't know how people have stayed there for as long as they have! Save yourself the stress and try another CWC

I love that there is a good work/home balance with excellent hours and PTO.   Management has given me freedom to do my job without micromanagement, and I feel they trust me at work to do the best job I can.  They have been patient with me learning the field, and compensate well.

Not a good work environment; cliquey and lots of turnover. People are underpaid as well and they are very reluctant to give raises or accomodate their staff. The job responsibilities are overwhelming and the training is insufficient. Management can be hostile and unsupportive. The patients are great but the job itself was a horrible experience.
