Pros 
- they pay you well
- lots of Christmas bonuses 
- providers are wonderful and easy to work for
- Most providers appreciate you and all the hard work you put in to make things easier for you

CONS 
- Management is horrible and nonsupportive 
- Management/HR cares nothing about their employees or getting to the truth when issues arise
- MA's & RN's cause a lot of drama and people who have been employed longer than you get special privileges and do not have to follow the rules  
- Anyone can say negative things about you and you are never given the opportunity to defend yourself especially if the other employee has been there longer 
- Management plays favorites with certain employees 
- The structure of the work environment is toxic and not proficient at all
- Everyone does things differently as there is no set standard for any position and it makes it difficult to cover someone when they are out. 
- They have monthly kudos winners for each location so employees can be recognized but again this is favoritism so new employees never get recognized for working hard or going the extra mile for their patients or their team 

I take about 250 calls a day for 5 different offices and 16 doctors, I deal with the patients on a regular directing them  to where they need to go and who they need to talk to, I also schedule their appointments and try and get one around the time frame they want, and when and where they want it. I  learned how to use a computer system called epic, and it helps me type faster because i am  on the computer all day.  My co-workers are very friendly and helpful when need be. We all work together. The hardest part of the job is to get all the calls in a timely matter, and the patients do not like to be on hold for long periods of times, which I do not blame them, but we can only get to so many at once there's only 4 of us in the call center.

If you don't mind management acting like they're on reality television, then this is the place for you! Management in the admin side do not understand that the workflow they enforce causes re-work and rescheduling more than half of the time. They see it as a feature, not a bug. The solution is, of course, to look into how AI can do it all but faster. Managers all appear like they stepped out of a reality TV show and they'll defend each other instead of supporting employees with valid concerns. 

Coworkers were wonderful. Very welcoming. Low stress environment. Patients became like family. Easy place to work. Very independent work. Pay was decent.

fast pace field. We saw a lot of patient with cardiac concerns. On a typical day providers saw average of 40-50 patients a day. when working at the Cardiac study center "team was your family" Daily basis was always different.

I would recommend people to use cardiac study center both as a patient and employee. The Doctors are fantastic and the staff treated each other like family.   All around great place.

Management does not support you in the capacity they should. You are overloaded with too many responsibilities, high turn over due to stress and burn out.

Multiple provider cardiology clinic with Physicians and NP's, nursing staff and large office staff.  Busy clinic with multiple patients.

I worked there for two years and I loved working with the amazing cardiologists.  They care so much about their patients, and their cardiac team.  This is a great place to work

No room for advancement. No communication from leadership. No job security.  Financially unstable. Consistently understaffed and over worked. Was great a couple years ago but its just gone downhill.
