What is the best part of working at the company?
I loved the people I worked with. Karma was the absolute best boss I've ever had! The clients I had were nothing short of amazing. I really miss it so much


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Wasn't really stressful until my health started being stressful

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I thought it was pretty nice. No complaints!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I haven't worked there for going on 4 years now.

Be available to take care my Mother, and the Personal from the Company  was very special. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
That they  go check  the patients  every week and they was earlier in the Mor.Morning. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They're all are hard working  people and  always help with everything   happen .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
 Focus on the company  and  your individual  experience  while employed there.

The good:  I had no experience going in. They trained me start to finish, making sure that I could pass my state test which I did easily.  
The Bad:  They don't promise you a position, but after being hired I really thought they might follow through with at least one client.  I've seen many job ads for them and they're wondering why people are going to work at other companies after being trained.  Perhaps it's because they can't wait forever to be assigned to a client; I've been waiting for over two months.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The Company is flexible with accommodating start date upon hire

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company does not have enough cases to accommodate a full time schedule, an ideal shifts would be 2-3 hours long. Also not a lot of cases near Bus stops.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
For the most part the Good Communication and Empathy played a huge part in the pros of the company

I took care of my father and I can live at home the same time.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None at all. My father can be fun to work with unless he's crabby.

Working with great bosses who help me when needed.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Easy come easy go most times,

Good company to work for and the co-workers were wonderful. Overall, the job was good but there was some on-call work that made a work/life balance hard at some points. Also, because it's a good company with decent benefits, people stay a long time so there isn't room for advancement to higher/different position

It is a rewarding job experience. However the hours aren't always good.  Moreover the company is not always reliable.  They cut my hours because I was "getting too many hours".I don't make enough money through them to compensate for the amount of gas I use on a weekly basis.

Autonomy .. making a difference 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not enough hours ..getting called on off hours

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Teamwork.. family open communication 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Low stress.. enjoyable.. helping people

Wages and benefits are not competitive.  Many are resistant to change and growth.  The company is stable as it began in 1967 but it is inconsistent and there is little room for advancement.  They have many wonderful people working there and the hours are flexible.

Love working at caregivers .Need to use Lpn Skills Caregivers has me as aide due to no nursing cases.To me my philosophy is people need care no matter what...Aide or nurse The clients come first.
