Super stressful work environment filled with very unprofessional management. Small scale business with poorly handled corporate decisions. Director is constantly screaming throwing things threatening you, pulling her hair when she is angry. Calling out and scolding employees in the middle of the hallway in front of each other. One day the office manager threw the phone at the wall cursing and screamig. The work load is over the top, you cant begin to figure out how to catch up. The training is minimal with constant threats of you are fired if you don't learn quick enough.
The hardest part of the job was trying to return the next day! While I was there I saw 10 people either quit of get fired... Mind you there is only 6 people in the entire office- unhappiness central.
The turnover is very high. I have been there out of sheer economic need.

This company registers independent contractor caregivers- RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs and Companions.  Their only mission is to bill for a case so they get their money. They don’t care who they are sending to your vulnerable, loved ones personal home. Intentionally deceitful and withholding of the facts to independent contractor caregivers. “Just fill the case so it can be billed.  Get the $$$$$”. Unscrupulous practices by upper mgmt with audits.

I set up an beautiful Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care as per their request. We had a larger than expected Spanish speaking population in Stuart. I was able to work with the children in the PPEC with no problem and I communicated with the parents by using a translator, but I was not able to independently explain the contract details with the parents. CSI replaced the entire staff with Spanish speaking employees. I enjoyed working with the patients and facilitating  healthcare improvements.

I worked for about 9 months at this company. Your superiors tell you they have time for you but you are never able to get them on the phone or you cannot get them to answer their emails. No support or guidance at all. You literally kill yourself trying to keep up with the daily tasks and feel like you are drowning each and everyday with NO help. Just an attitude like… figure it out. I don’t think there is one thing I have to say that is good about this company. Avoid like the plague. 

A typical day at work begins either in an inpatient unit or in the home of a client, providing care within scope of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Co-workers are usually supportive and would willing provide assistance as necessary. The hardest part of my job is to walk away from a day at work feeling that I didn't have enough time to give to each client. The most enjoyable part of my job is to have client/family satisfied with the care I implemented.

If you’re looking for an honest trustworthy company please don’t work here. They “lose” timesheets and will lie about it so they don’t have to pay you. They give you the runaround about your paycheck. They will call you 4 to 6 times a day for you to pick up shifts even if you tell them you’re not available. I’ve never worked for a company to spare before and I’ve been in healthcare for 12 years. Very on organized and unprofessional.

The Staff in the Miami office that handles the Hospice client cases are far and above any staff I have ever worked with, bar none!  I worked for Caregiver Services out if Orlando and was not happy at all.  
I now work for the Hospice Division. So different, there is no comparison between the two Divisions.

Not being respected in my role, my experience, or education. This company has no organization.

this company has clicks who run the organization, everyone else are outsiders.

Sitting at a desk for 8 hours doing absolutely nothing.

caregivers is a great place of employment, they just don’t pay enough money. Caregivers has all the benefits and qualifications to teach you things such as cooking, cleaning, learning how to take care of special needs, and many more. Caregivers also teaches you patience and trustworthiness
