I tried my best at Catalyst since I had never worked in a pharmacy before. I was told upon starting I would have weeks of training and would not be alone until I was comfortable. I got one and a half weeks of training and no support from management. The culture is so clique-ish. It reminded me of horrible high school movies. Everyone is out to get you, you're bullied and guilt tripped into staying way, and I mean WAY past your scheduled hours almost daily. They hardly ever hired people to help with the people they lost frequently. Sure we'd get a free lunch here and there but asking for an employee to talk to their doctor about prescribing an even stronger anxiety medication due to the sheer amount of stress they're putting on you is ridiculous. Especially after the dose for their regular anxiety medicine was increase three fold. They do not care about you, if you schedule doctors appointment in advance or try to take any pto, they "forget" approve someone else and then deny yours. Good luck to anyone thinking about working here, good luck to the current employees. 

They’ve had 6 (SIX) RCM Directors in the last 3 years! SIX! They’re also known as Strati Fi Health!  The pay is far below market. FAR BELOW! When asked for raises was told the OT was enough. People who don’t work are left to keep getting paid while others who work 60-70 hours a WEEK are left to pick up the slack. They do not care about people who want to transfer they will hold you in a position until some have a breakdown. Going to HR does no good at all!

Unless you’re in the “sorority” or the clique with the bosses, you’re going to get a target on your back. They’re not about growth, they’re about making sure the people they like stay employed. One of the upper managers is just fake, and at times just downright nasty. If you’re part of her circle, you can do no wrong. You’re expected to get an impossible amount of work done, or else you’ll be in huge trouble, so many take to working off the clock to ensure their work is completed and their job isn’t in danger. There are so many inconsistencies that it will make your head spin. Just don’t bother. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work from home and making my own schedule for visiting practices 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No proper leadership. I didn’t have anyone to help me with concerns from my physicians 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s suppose to be family oriented, purpose driven and growth, but that was not given. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pulling manual reports and catching mistakes that our data team was suppose to do. So we were sharing wrong information to our doctors and the offices.

The turnover rate is insane, the company has lost so many good people because of all their micromanaging for every single little thing.. I do enjoy the people I work with, but some of the new management does not care for their employees at the location that I was at… I would have stayed here longer, but they make so many changes without letting their employees know ahead of time. They always claim that they’re a family. But when it comes to your own family, the company always puts themselves first and doesn’t treat you as a human being.

Management is worse than bad. From CEO to the bottom they preach about how we are a family. Not
True. They are more than in it for the money.  The pressure is very high. HR is rude and uncaring. Managers are the bottom feeders of the company. Stress levels very high and leave you worried about job performance or fear of being let go. Morale is very low and about 10% of department are happy here.  I can’t wait
To find something new 

I liked what the company stood for regarding their core values. At the beginning seemed like all was going good . You give your all 24/7 your work is judged  and not in a good way. Management is horrible they dictate orders, with no good direction. Don’t try to go HR they’re pointless. Save yourself the stress it’s not worth it. 

The management was the most frustrating part of the job. They would just throw new policies/procedures at you without any explanation or demonstration. When patients would alert them to a job well done, they were slow to pass on the praise...if they did at all. Overall, I never felt they had my back.

Really nothing , very organized

All team players , good attitude 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, flow is good, providers are appreciative

Listening to patients yell about things they were charged for that were not done  
.  Having to correct other employees errors in order for claims to be paid. 
Working on insurance refunds that are hidden within the account
