The mission of integrated care is fantastic. However,the management has the attitude that the employee is lucky to be apart of this company and have the Mon-Fri dayshift schedule. With this attitude, the employee is seen just as a number and replaceable. The employees have no voice in this company. If you don't like it,either lump it or leave. In 7 years, the owner/COO never spoke to me,even when coming into the department. In 7 years, I never once observed the management admitting to being wrong on any occasion. 

There is definitely no family feel to this company. The family feel can come from the individual departments, but not overall. As a matter of fact, the most enjoyable part of my job was helping patients and doing it alongside coworkers that I considered like family. I believe the downfall of this company will be its lack of appreciation and motivation of its employees. Employees' opinions and feedback are not wanted, much less valued. Management does not perform yearly evaluations to provide motivation,incentive,or constructive criticism to the employee. I would not recommend working for this company.

When you implement a new program and you loose over 60% of your nursing staff in the first 3 months because they now have 2 loads to do instead of the one original full job load added to the very low pay and unappreiation.  You should recognize you have a problem. Everybody is replaceable to this company. Even if you've been there 20yrs. Management doesnt care as long as they can bill the insurance companies for every penny they can get. Be creative they said.....

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy fulfilling working with patients and team

Whole dept is overworked, never fully staffed, and low moral. It seems you're expected to do the workload of 2-3 people but get paid for one at a lower rate than average. No room for advancement. Managers and promotions are picked before the job is ever posted or available. Work environment include mean girl cliques and no room to get to k ow your coworkers to build relationships. 

actually felt some empathy from the recruiter and supervisor management. decent raises yearly. in person they visited jobsite a few times when i was off unfortunately. definitely better than a few other temp contract staffing companies. they responded faster. wish they didn't lose contract for where i was working. everybody was not happy they lost the bid.

I absolutely love my job and the people I work with. The pay scale is trash but the benefits (health/vision/dental/PTO) some what makes up for it. If the pay was better this would be an amazing job.

No help, managers expect ridiculous results in referrals. They promote suck ups who sit and do nothing but play on their computers and phone and rarely help the employees. I walked out and I never do that.

This company is not for everyone. It takes a certain heart to do the type of work. This company truly gives the best care to their patients. The work load is high but that is with any healthcare establishment that you work.

The best job I’ve ever had, Great management, wonderful coworkers, I would recommend this job to anyone who wants a career. They care about their employees and most importantly the patients.

Frequent turnover in providers with complex patients. Treated like an hourly employee but pretty good benefits. Good place to get some experience. Wouldn’t have as high of turnover with better pay.
