What is the best part of working at the company?
The entire team is very responsive, professional and friendly.

No stress. Clinical Resources is very efficient and follows up to make sure everything is running smoothly. This is a very nice touch.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Clinical Resources is genuinely concerned with the success of its contractors and makes sure the needs of their clients are fulfilled by very experienced personnel.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I am a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who adds decades of experience to the successful operation and regulatory compliance of the facility. Providing leadership and facilitating positive outcomes are part of each day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I’ve gotten to know the staff personally. My travel and housing arrangements are made timely. If I voice concerns, the staff react accordingly

The travel is definitely stressful but I’ve never had a bad assignment 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and professional. The staff always address my contract details and directives

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I drive from my hotel, check in with my supervisors, complete my daily assignments as directed, attend team meetings and complete documentation as required

My time with this company was just awful. Every shift turned into a guessing game of what changed this time. Things got crazy fast, and it never felt like anyone had real control over what was happening. One moment we'd be following one set of directions, then suddenly everything flipped again with zero explanation. The workload kept piling up, communication was all over the place, and most of us were left trying to fix problems that weren't even ours. The constant mix-ups drained everyone, and it became clear that support was mostly just talk. If someone asked me for advice, I'd tell them to avoid this place for their own sanity. 

Our workloads fluctuate wildly and expectations from the leadership are inconsistent, and these factors make planning difficult and stressful. Direction from management changes depending on whom you talk to that week, so the work environment here is chaotic. Also, promises around training and support sometimes turn into lies once you're onboarded. Sadly, concerns tend to get brushed aside rather than addressed. Over time, the inconsistency in this company becomes exhausting.

A typical day is the recruiter will find a company for you to work for you interview them. Are they interview you and you agree all expenses are paid and you fly out or you travel to the company and usually it is very easy to transition into the companies as you go they they give you a short Orientation by the Regional directors and you consistently just move on throughout your busy day 

I was proud to work with Clinical Resources, a quality organization, can always make a phone call and you will be able to speak with someone. They followed through on how your assignment was going and if you needed any assistance. The support that was provided was second to none. I have called the owner on a couple of occasions and she took the time to listen and advise as she could...Such respect and dedication to her team!

The people were friendly, but the environment lacked structure. The whole place was a mess—no direction, no stability, and absolutely no clue about the future. Tasks were yanked around without warning. The turnover rate made it painfully obvious—people were running out the door as fast as they could. No one wanted to stick around in the madness. This place could have been decent if there had been decent if there had been even the slightest effort to build consistency or care anout employee  growth.

The pay here is a complete insult compared to the endless stress and exhaustion the job brings. You work long hours, juggle impossible workloads, and face constant pressure from every direction, yet all that effort means nothing. The company squeezes every ounce of energy out of you, leaving you burned out and empty, only to hand you pocket change in return. There’s no real reward, no recognition, and no reason to keep giving your best when all you get back is fatigue and frustration. 

The position I had in Douglas Mission was a fun position. I had the opportunity to work with the department heads and train them in their arears of responsibility. The nurse and regional consultants respected my level of expertise and team spirit. This facility had a major staffing concern with its CENA's Incentive programs were put in place to assist in bringing the staffing level to desired requirements.

I had great experiences working with Clinical Resources. Because I enjoy problem solving, being contracted with facilities that needed nurse leaders in crisis situations appealed to me. Their on-boarding process prepared me well in advance for each job assignment.
