CobbleStone Software is a fantastic place to work, especially if you are starting out as an intern or have previous experience in IT, business, software technology/development, customer service, sales, and/or management.

There is a lot of information, processes, and subtleties to learn, and at first may seem a bit overwhelming, but like anything else in life- takes time, and with experience, becomes second nature.  

The company culture is very supportive, casual, and real; and there is no disconnect from the higher-ups and the newer, less-experienced employees.  Every company has cliques and groups to fall into, but nobody acts as if they are superior or better than others.  CobbleStone recognizes that we are all people, and is always accommodating to situations, work restrictions, and last-minute problems that may come up.  They couldn't be more supportive during trials and tribulations that one may be dealing with or facing in their personal life.  The expectations are realistic and straightforward, with no hidden agendas.    

The senior employees, managers, and coordinators are also very helpful in providing support and assigning tasks in the learning process to ensure your on-boarding is successful, and that you are properly trained to begin working with clients and with the software system itself.  

There are several different departments, areas, and teams to be a part of, each having its own unique role.  CobbleStone is constantly looking to improve processes, to listen and learn from feedback, and to see if the area where you are initially at, is right for you.  It has always been expressed, if you are not completely satisfied with where you are, there are many other opportunities and areas available for learning, development, and growth!

There is always someone accessible if you are confused, need help, or need clarification about something.  I would highly recommend working for this company now, as it is growing exponentially.  NOW is the time to be part of the growth, and to work for somewhere that is rewarding, accommodating, and most importantly: successful.

CobbleStone provides a very supportive work environment. Managers are not only approachable; they are there to support your questions and concerns. Suggestions are welcomed and listened to intently to better processes and the company. This is also true for upper management. Each employee is valued for their contributions. Additionally, the CobbleStone staff is a prime example of diversity. There are employees of varied ethnicities, ages, races and gender. You couldn't ask for a better representation of diversity which brings new ideas to the workplace. The best part and most difficult part of the job is the continued learning to gain the knowledge needed to provide guidance and training for our clients. 

I liked the relaxed environment, but the training sucks. From the very beginning, you are on your own, and expected to watch videos to train yourself in your position. People or leads that are appointed to train you, are already busy with their own task-to really take time to assist you. Favoritism is a given, like in any position. The ones that succeed-or that the leads will go to bat for, is those they feel they can better relate too-or that seem to be catching on at a faster pace. Otherwise-you will fall through the cracks,if you are not apart of the in crowd.

I enjoy working at CobbleStone Software. I have been employed at CobbleStone as an Account Manager for over a year selling Contract Management Software, and it is a great place to work. Colleagues there are always willing to help, and were very supportive not only during the training phase but during my entire time working here. They offer a full training period allowing you to learn the product at your pace. CobbleStone does not have a cut-throat sales environment like other sales jobs I have worked in the past. While working at CobbleStone they gave me all the necessary tools and resources needed to be successful at my job, it comes down to the employee putting in that effort.

I interned with CobbleStone this summer as a Sales & Marketing Intern. This was a solid experience that provided many tasks to help foster my growth in sales and marketing. I learned from account reps, marketing coordinators, and more. They were all willing to help me with my responsibilities and teach me each step of the way. I was able to gain substantial knowledge in sales and marketing communication, market research, and content creation through this internship. Great place to work with people who are willing to help. 

Most of the people are nice, but there's a lot a work that needs to be done with the structure of the company. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing which is surprising for a company so small. Maybe about 8-9 people when I was there. There's a lot of stress that comes off of some of the workers and getting yelled at seems to be easily forgivable by management. Not the most professional place to work, but luckily I found another gig before it became unbearable. The salary if very low compared to other positions in that field, but it was a good stepping stone I guess.

I have only worked full-time at CobbleStone Software for a short time, but so far I have only very positive things to say! I find the compensation to be very fair, with a generous base salary and great opportunities for commission. CobbleStone also seems to put an emphasis on work-life-balance, and is understanding of PTO, work-from-home, adjusted schedules, etc. I find the work to be challenging yet rewarding. It takes months to learn the software, but it certainly pays off! Finally, There is a strong on-boarding process, and leadership and the team are always willing to help and foster growth.

I had a very enjoyable time working at CobbleStone Software. I worked as an Account Manager there for 2.5 years selling Contract Management Software, and it was one of the better jobs I've had. Employees there are always willing to help, and were very supportive. Another pro is that it is not a hostile sales environment like other companies that I have experienced. While working there, you will receive the tools needed to succeed, but it is up to the person to utilize those tools in order to become successful.

I started out as an implementation intern. The onboarding process is purposely designed so you have to ask for help, both to better learn your role and the rest of the company. No matter what department you are in, everyone is very kind and always willing to help out. HR and management are very understanding and have been very flexible with my college schedule. Overall, CobbleStone is a great place to work and has helped me gain invaluable experience.

Training is poor. It is not clear who you report to. You are told to be in more than one place at once. Your are expected to make presentation before you have even learned the material. There is no time to learn the training material. You are judged harshly by management within 2 weeks of starting. You are told to ask questions freely if you need help and then judged as inadequate for not knowing the answers.
