This is a great and fun working environment to be in. I've come along way since being here the opportunities are endless. I am on my way to becoming a home owner. The managers are very rewarding as well as motivational. There are thousands of dollars worth of gifts given out not just around the holidays but thought the year. They make you feel appreciated. I've learned a lot since I've been here as well as the fact that I've made a lot of money throughout the years. We are kind of like a little family here. The owner is always around and interacting with us its really cool.

The workplace culture is friendly and positive, not stressful.  The sales representatives who are focused and work smart are making great money.  The customer service team is very social and everyone   is helpful, especially the managers.  This is an ideal work environment for someone seeking good work-life balance.  The company is growing so there is plenty of opportunity.

High pressure and result driven environment. But fair and honest employer. Rewards for excellence is evident. Sad I had to leave for medical reasons.
1 hour break daily in addition to 2 mandatory 15 minutes breaks.
Co-workers are all success driven. l learned a lot working with my direct Manager.
Hardest part is the expected results that put stress on you some times.

It’s a job and You can make your money very little room for promotion especially if you’re in the customer service department. Management always changing and sometimes don’t know what they’re doing, I personally trained three people that ended up being my manager And I still was not offered any sort of promotion or raise they make it seem like they care when in reality do not.

Wasted 5 months of my life. Newbies got all of the old or bad leads unless the bosses liked you. The sales advisors who were there a while got all of the premium leads. They took advantage of their customers every chance they could. Classic bait and switch company. Don’t put this stain on your resume.

Every two weeks the bring in new sales people to fill the spots of the people who quit.  You call out from a main # and if the customer calls back, your call is then given to the few sales peole that were the main sales people.   The new people are basically dialers for the main sales floor who sit up close to the manager.  Very high turnover rate.

Management starting with the OWNER….don’t know how to treat employees.they could care less about the customer.they only care how much money you could get out of the customer.
They 3rd party the move out a lot of missing items and damages.


The training is amazing, but that's as far as it goes. The managers don't care about anyone, but themselves and HR talks to you about other coworkers. Worst job I've ever had by far. Don't even waste your time. They will fire you, so you can't get unemployment. 

Daily objective wit work was to speak with customer about their pick up or delivery date of the house hold goods.Also we must spk with drivers to make sure they were on schedule base on their route. 

You must know how to multi task

Terrible leads for incoming reps.   Terrible hours.  They preach about leads and they are horrible.   Mgmt favors seasoned reps.  RUN..  Micromanagement at its worst.  They keep track of your phone calls and talk time.  Horrible company to work for
