nice staffs in ccpcares. horrible peoples in each managements departments and don't have any mannerism at all. especially Human Resources rude. that is where the downfall Human Resource. CEO is a nice human being. Its time to bring in better managements and better human resource in that work place then this will be a great place to worked at. i truly denied the fact that is a better place to work for. that is false. it needs better team managements and truly better human resources.. good luck whoever work at this company. don't need to do town hall meetings monthly. they talk about the same stuff over and over. they need to have town hall meetings every Quartly or once a year to keep up the real facts. too many favoritism. it needs to get better in that enviroment company.

Good company, great people to work with, emphasis on team work and doing 'more' with 'less' which is also their downfall. Company expands aggressively while using the same staff resources, which rushes projects, tightens delivery deadlines and causes unnecessary stress on existing employees. 
Great culture, monthly meetings to keep staff up to date. High expectations of employees. 'Family' is a word often used, but that is open to interpretation. Good benefits, community service opportunities.

They try..... everyone tries to do a good job. Overall a nice place. It could be better. At times you work on a project and senior medical managers yell at you and threaten you to scare. One of the senior medical director was threatening. It would help if someone tell him that it’s not good to do that. He scared me. I was shocked. CEO was nice though - he walks around and says hi. Don’t know why he doesn’t care that one of the doctors screams at all the black people and most women.

This is a start up company and sometimes, the growing pains were evident. Manager micro managed way too much. Losing the CMS contract in 2018 had a ripple effect within the organization that definitely changed the tone however, they are constantly working on ways to acquire new business and make the employees feel appreciated with an employee committee and lots of community events. The environment over all was mostly positive. I enjoyed my time working there.

Felt I was able to speak with leadership for the best guidance on any and all projects at hand. Had an encouraging support system within my personal team, as well as management. A plethora of opportunities to grow within my division and as an overall employee within the organization. Overall, a very positive and uplifting work environment. 

The job was easy and I loved helping people. The lack of team work and follow through of coworkers is a big down fall and the unprofessionalism of my direct supervisor made me hate going to work everyday. The work environment was a bit dark and gray, could make it a bit brighter by fixing the lightning. (Other departments well lit)

The grass is always greener…….until you spark the change to make your side greener. My team works collaboratively and our leadership is engaging and receptive. We work out to make our processes more efficient and ultimately more successful. 

Is a great place to work
No micro management. Caring Managers.
Place for advancement.
Quarterly meetings to keep us inform of all the accomplishments and new business. 
I would never leave this place but I need to relocate.

This company has a great deal of potential.  It is a new start up for the most part, but they continue to grow in the right direction.  They provide people with opportunities to grow within the company.  The team there are truly Great people!

At Community Care Plan you learn a lot. They always have meetings with employees to see if they have any questions or anything they would like to say about Community care plan. Everyone gets along and there’s favoritism. My Director and team lead are the best. It was a pleasure working for them.
