Great staff and overall place to work.  Would recommend for your loved one

There isnt much stress its more so getting things done on a timely basis including documentation which is with any company really

Great and fun environment to work in both staff and patient wise 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Full day of work in which i see patients and complete notes

As a nurse that knows my worth and the value I bring to a team, I stayed here 4 days time. That should tell you all you need to know. 

I will say the team is lovely. They seem to really care about the work they do. Their leadership is just questionable at best, and is running them into the ground with unrealistic expectations. 

I love my job and look forward to each day serving our phenomenal team and patients. I create Intakes and support the entire team assuring all their needs are met with Total Patient Centered Care is met.The Office Manager and Owner are excellent in interview process and both very invested in all aspects of care for patients and staff as well as community.

From my initial interview, I have fallen in love with Compassionate Hospice! The management is amazing! It is a joy to meet for meetings with my co-Caregivers. It is my passion to become full time with this amazing company!

No internal support system to lean on or learn from. Poor work/life balance with unrealistic expectations. Revolving door in management.  Owner is young, inexperienced….which is ok but needs to roll up his sleeves assisting when needed so his staff feel supported instead of burned out.

Office staff not effectively communicating and being unaware of expectations not previously discussed

High turnover rate at this company

I enjoyed working for compassionate care hospice and keeping the families relaxed. The staff were nice and answered any questions you may have. The hardest part of working there was trying to be strong for the family members and assisting them with any needs they may ask for.

I actually enjoy coming in every day.  It's a growing and dynamic atmosphere.  Ideas are welcome and the office and clinical staff are both great.  They're not perfect but are working hard to be as close to perfect as possible

The owner is young and unethical. Very unrealistic expectations for nursing staff. Bad environment for medical professionals. High RN turnover for a good reason. Avoid this company. 

My job is very interesting, I work with patients who are terminally illness. I help my patient to take a shower or bed bath, feeding and help to dress. I drive patient to patients.
