What is the best part of working at the company?
Quitting the job.
Low pay and  poor management.
The mind games, and the plant manager picked on young girls constantly.

I got a raise after 4 years of service. $0.14 an hour...

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Old people doing all the work, trying to keep the place going and the kids just do the bear minimum.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Run,run run, work through your break and up to the last minute before you have to clock out.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is nothing good about working there. It’s all about favoritism and it will come back to haunt the higher ups

You give good ideas and nobody will listen to you.

Very toxic due to the general manager 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful.  There is no happy day ever at Contact Technologies.  The turnout there is horrible and it’s only getting worse.

From the moment i punch in until punch out, it was non stop work.constant changes in production and checks throughout the  day.I learned to be quick on my feet, and make quick decisions  about the specs of parts and production. Some of the management would be helpful,listen to ideas ,try to implement your ideas. Higher management would not.Powder Metal Production. The hardest part was trying to Accomplish unattainable tasks. The most enjoyable part was the people i worked with.

At Contact Technologies, the working environment was very boring and quiet. Everyone mainly kept to themselves and their work. The managers expected you to be able to answer multiple machines while meeting the standards for the amount of parts set up per hour. They chose how much you made. Some part time people were making 12.50/hour while some full time people were only making 9.60/hour.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. No raises no bonuses treat you poorly

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Giving people that don’t deserve it more than the people that deserve it

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hotter than.…took fans away also

A little too hands off at times but friendly environment. Plant manager cared a lot about the interns learning experience. Had to ask for work from Materials Engineer when had nothing else to do.

Although most all positions are simple and not demanding, the huge amount of under appreciation and lack of reward for hard work is extremely damaging to this company.

Employees are not treated fairly. Raises are never given even if you work very hard. There is very clearly favoritism and if you are not on that spectrum then you mean nothing.

People are great to work around and the work environment is good, but the pay is far too low.  Quality of parts can be an issue at times, but issues are generally resolved quickly and efficiently.

Inconsistencies in management are noteworthy.
Attitudes and negativity were noted throughout the entire facility.
Pay and benefits were 'okay', but the overall environment was not pleasant.
