I was brought on board after a supposed purging of lazy employees.  Upon starting I quickly noticed tension & uncertainty among the remaining sales staff.  Within days one of my peers was dismissed.  A couple of days later another.  Then my supervisor, the man who had just hired me, was abruptly terminated.  All the while I remained diligent and stayed focus on my particular job, spending every day building awareness of the company and meticulously updating the client database with current & accurate contact information.  6 weeks into the job, just as I was building momentum and seeing some progress, I was shown the door.

Stay away from this sales organization, it's a disaster.

First and foremost, I have been impressed by the company's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Everyone I have interacted with at DC Group has been kind, respectful, and supportive, and it's clear that the company values open communication and collaboration. I appreciate that management takes the time to listen to feedback and concerns, and that they are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience. It is very easy to work and get succeed in this company because of High Quality service, strong reputation and innovative & forward thinking management.

I have never cared about my employers because I was always just a number to them. So, I punched in, did my work, and punched out. But here, you're not just a number. They value YOU and what you bring to the table. I have never been valued this much by any company EVER. Not only that but management is great! They understand we are people with a life, so they don't make you feel bad if you miss work due to personal reasons (obviously if you abuse it then it's an issue). The CEO genuinely cares about his people and wants everyone to thrive. He takes care of his people, for sure. PTO, benefits, and raises are the best that I've seen. You work hard, you get rewarded. 

Very good management & sound company both in terms of working conditions as well as the financial part. Besides the people, the work is very rewarding, I am able to see my direct impact regularly.
I have been challenged in ways that have helped me develop into a much better employee and person. There is a great balance here, my manager has no problem if I need to leave early for a family function or to beat the bad weather traffic.

I have been with DC Group for over 10 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the company. The quality of work / life balance is very important to the leadership of the company and you feel that as an employee.
The training they provide is here exceptional, they have put so much effort to continue bringing the ideas, they spent lot of money and software technologies and tool so they remain leader in industry. There is always something new to learn at DC Group.

DC Group leadership is doing the excellent job at keeping employees safe though they are hard choices. Our CEO Jon Frank is at his very best providing remote working options, keeping office safe with extra cleaning daily, communicating all employees with up to date information, In summary he is honest, empathetic, clear and simple.
IT department has done great job in setting up all users remote and taking care of them so well.

DC Group is a fantastic company that allows you to grow personally and professionally. Office building is new and all the amenities they provide inside the building is great. Pay is good and you get bonus in year end.
People in office is friendly and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the company.

There are no words- it's an unhealthy, inconsistent, volatile environment- fear and intimidation rule the day-to-day. Management bullies and degrades employees. The stress is overwhelming and detrimental to employee's emotional and physical health.
There is sure to be a positive review to follow this one- that's  the way they operate, they coerce current employees to counter negative reviews with fabricated positive reviews.

The owner I think personally has a serious undiagnosed personality disorder.  Get's mad and fires people at the drop of a hat. Happy one minute, made swearing and screaming the next minute.   Poor POOR training, you are expected to know your job from day one, trained or not.  If you make a mistake expect serious repercussions.   Some people can do whatever they want with no issues, most other are held to a much different standard.  

VERY high turnover, it is a revolving door of employees.

Excellent company culture and mission. The people become your family and the organization takes great care of its staff. 
Very well developed tools and methods for the sales team. You get the realistic quota each month, commission and pay is good.
Office is very clean and fresh look, everyone is super friendly so I look forward to go office everyday.
