As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be thrown into an unforgiving, high-pressure environment where your every keystroke is monitored, and 100% accuracy is demanded from day one—no excuses. Your toxic supervisor will remind you constantly that even a single mistake is unacceptable, making your first day feel like an interrogation rather than training.

Training Experience:
Your "training" consists of being bombarded with complex, rigid rules that you are expected to memorize instantly. Your supervisor will provide little to no actual guidance, but they will have plenty of criticism ready the moment you don’t meet their impossible standards. The first week feels more like a psychological endurance test than an onboarding process.

Daily Work Routine:
Once you somehow survive training, the real fun begins—your days are spent performing mind-numbing data entry tasks for hours on end. There is zero variety, and every task is repetitive to the point of insanity. You are not allowed to talk to your coworkers, as "productivity is key," making the atmosphere eerily silent.

Management Pressure:
Upper management micromanages every second of your day, with unrealistic deadlines, constant monitoring, and passive-aggressive emails about performance. There’s no recognition for effort—only reminders that you must be faster, better, and never make a mistake.

Conclusion:
If you enjoy high stress, extreme monotony, and an oppressive work culture where human interaction is forbidden, then this might be the perfect job for you! Otherwise, prepare for soul-crushing boredom, constant anxiety, and the overwhelming feeling of being trapped in a medical corporate nightmare.

My experience working at DFWPMA was deeply disappointing. Within just two months, I found myself overwhelmed and disillusioned, and I believe reading reviews like this beforehand could have spared me the frustration and wasted time.

The issues began with inadequate training—less than a week—after which I was expected to meet unrealistic performance standards without clear guidance or communication. Feedback came not through constructive conversations, but through condescending emails critiquing performance expectations that had never been explained.

Management’s communication style was consistently disrespectful, and the overall work environment felt toxic. The CEO frequently undermined the management team in front of staff, further eroding morale and making the leadership structure seem disorganized and ineffective.

Additionally, the workload was unreasonable. The high call volume, coupled with constant task demands and vague performance expectations, made it nearly impossible to succeed.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this organization based on my experience.


This is probably one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and hostile places I've ever worked in. The turnover is extremely high. Very little training is given and you are expected to meet expectations even though they are never given.  Upper management is extremely problematic and unprofessional. Then comes management, who is always micro managing and they have very poor workplace policies in place. They didn't even have an HR department, until recently. Only one person is in it and you can tell they don't have the experience. They also don't have workplace policies in place and try to change the rules to get to get you in trouble.  They definitely want to catch you red handed even though you have technically haven't broken policy.

You are also discouraged from talking to other employees and are expected to behave like a robot and do as you're told without any room for error,there's also no coaching. 

I have been with the company going on 4 years now.  I started out in insurance verification and have advanced several time and am now working as a human resource associate.  All employees have the opportunity to advance if that is their goal and they are willing to put in the work required. 

Our company has grown tremendously over the last 4 years, there was one service location with 5 providers and 7 full-time employees when I started working at DFWPMA, we now have 4 service locations with 14 providers and over 50 full-time employees.  Yes, we have had growing pains during that time, but we continue to learn and strive to do better for our patients, employees and company.  

I enjoy coming to work and interacting with our employees and management teams and learning new ideas.   Our employees are a very eclectic group of individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge and diversity to our group.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The hours, that's the best part of it. I'm not sure what else I can add since my experience there isn't that pleasant. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The doctors changing their hours and the higher ups not blocking off time frames for doctors not being there. It's frustrating scheduling patients then to get a notice of doctors taking days off after the patients have set up their appointments 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is okay. The supervisors aren't that friendly. They always look over your shoulder.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sit down and work until the hour lunch then go back and wait until the end of the day. Schedule, reschedule, take patients off of the schedule, rinse and repeat.

This was a poor work experience overall.

The environment was consistently stressful and lacked structure. Communication was often unclear and inconsistent, and managers did not appear to be aligned, which led to confusion and conflicting direction on a regular basis. Expectations were not clearly defined, making it difficult to perform the job effectively.

There was a noticeable pattern of high turnover, especially among new hires, with many employees leaving shortly after starting. This created a lack of stability and continuity within the team.

In my experience, there was also a general sense of hesitation when it came to speaking up about concerns, as many employees and providers seemed uncomfortable raising issues or providing feedback.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. The workplace lacks organization, support, and a stable environment for long term success.

Working as an Executive Assistant at DFW Physicians Medical Associates was a terrible experience. The environment was chaotic—you never knew where you’d be assigned to work, and the culture was very much “do as you’re told or else.” The commute to the Sherman location was exhausting, and there was no set lunch break or official end time. You were expected to keep working even after you got home. 

The CEO was incredibly unprofessional and self-centered, making it difficult to perform well. Job security was constantly threatened, and any performance issues were immediately pinned on you, with no room for error in her eyes. I strongly advise against working here; save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Do not ignore the red flags. The company is unprofessional and very unorganized. Management is incredibly hard to have actual communication with, yet it will come back on you if something goes wrong despite any efforts to address the problems. Anytime you need anything addressed people will just continue to tell you "that's someone else's job" until you go in a circle and then will be treated like you are asking for a ridiculous request when asking for something very standard such as a simple pay stub. The turnover is so high for a reason that it is near impossible to have any workplace continuity as most of the staff is new and training yet again. Get anything said to you in writing.

Hired on a Tuesday. Fired the moment I asked for an offer letter. No contract, no pay confirmation—just an expectation to “trust” them while working without documentation.

The CEO is impulsive and quick to terminate, with no patience for standard business practices. The company runs on outdated, paper-based systems and ignores the capabilities of their own EMR. Employees waste hours on mindless manual tasks because leadership refuses to modernize. Extreme micromanagement, lack of transparency, and zero respect for professional boundaries make this a workplace to avoid at all costs.


This company is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. The CEO of the company talks to you like you are less than human. There is a lot of shady things going on in this place. Multiple calls from patients stating their insurances are being charged for services not rendered. There is no training . You get talked through the system in about 10 min and expected to know how to navigate through and to schedule. I would not recommend working at this place.
