A typical work day would be greeted with happy and friendly co workers who are very helpful and assisting in my needs with any questions or obstacles faced with on a daily basis. The company is like a family. The managers are very understanding and patient. It is a very smooth and easy to manage work flow. System is complex and easy to grasp. The most enjoyable part of the day is the majority of the day because I am working independently with knowledge and skills attained from lengthy past experiences.

I spent my days at the facility learning about adequate patient care and the best ways to connect with patients as a health care provider. Every day spent within was devoted to the development of interpersonal skills, spending the time to get to know someone and noticing that everyone is different in their own ways. With that understanding, it is easy to connect.

Responsibilities included pre qualifying candidates before passing resumes to the recruiters, mailing invoices to clients, welcome candidates as they arrived and introduce them to the recruiter they had been working with.

I had a positive experience working with Daley and Associates and was employed numerous times in a Contracted Temporary Position. I would recommend them as a Temporary Agency to find Contract work.

Given no training then was criticized for inaccurate responses. Co-workers were nice and helpful. Work atmosphere was good. Free coffee and good cafeteria. Job was stressful due to quotas that were required.

Management is always available and more than willing to mentor train and present career opportunities for growth. The company has a great culture and everybody supports each other.

This temp agency have staff members who want to make sure that you are placed in the right career(not just job). That is great to have in a temp agency. They know that they don't succeed unless you do.

I enjoyed working with Daley Associates, good company.  Efficient and professional.

Very interesting job, it requires deep understanding of tools such as excel and deep analytics. the staff is very demanding and job has to be done one way or another.

These folks are an amazing agency to work for. They emphasize doing recruiting the right way. They also emphasize work/life balance. Highly recommend working here!
