Two years watching the company roll out diversity initiatives that never went anywhere, and it became clear pretty quickly that the whole thing was just for show. Every quarter there would be these big announcements about new programs and commitments, but then the actual leadership stayed exactly the same and the same issues kept coming up in every single room I walked into. People in charge seemed more interested in looking progressive than doing the work, and the disconnect between what was said in meetings and what actually happened on the ground got harder to ignore. I watched teammates get overlooked for opportunities while executives talked about diversity and inclusion at company events, and eventually I lost faith in all of it. The constant gap between the messaging and reality made me feel like my time there was being wasted on a performative exercise instead of somewhere that actually wanted to improve.

I can't say enough good things about DearDoc. I felt welcomed and immediately part of the family during my first week. Everyone here is passionate about what they do and the company's mission, which is very refreshing. The work I do here is important to the company's overall goals and that is recognized and celebrated by all. I love working at DearDoc and plan to stay for as long as possible! 

I have been working at DearDoc for about 4 months and I could not be happier. Everyone who works here is very welcoming, positive and has a strong work ethic. The culture is great - there are monthly happy hours, a stocked kitchen, music, etc...but most importantly the people are what make the culture so rewarding. I genuinely enjoy seeing my co-workers and make an effort to talk/hangout with them after work hours!

DearDoc was the first startup I joined. My experience here so far, has truly been one of a kind. Everyone is like family. 

DearDoc gave me the opportunity to flourish both personally and professionally. I cannot imagine working anywhere else. 

If you want to be part of something amazing and successful DearDoc is THE place to be. 

DearDoc has a terribly useless leadership and a lackluster work environment. Both of these are connected. Our useless leaders don’t provide proper guidance and support to employees. This results in a lackluster work environment that doesn’t provide room for growth or offer opportunities for learning and advancement.

pro's:

- opportunity to make a lot in commission
- company dinners, happy hours, etc

con's:

- lack of accountability at times from leadership
- monthly quota (as opposed to quarterly)
- product fit not the best

Great place to work and enjoy what you do. Snacks available in the kitchen but office is otherwise located 1 block of wall st so the food outside is great selection also. Wednesdays they cater lunch. nice hybrid luxury.

DearDoc has been an incredible place to work. The culture is supportive and they truly focused on growth. If your someone who is motivated, competitive and looking to grow quickly in your carrer, here is the right place!

Great jumpstart to get your feet wet in sales. Training for two months, you are on a team with a manager which is great. Not a hard quota either, cold calling. Good benefits and fun environment.

I have the best team! We have a great time together and we make working fun! Doesn’t matter what you do, DearDoc has the best employees ever! It’s the best!
