BEWARE!!! This company places adds in INDEED/Craigslist. I responded to this particular add for Administration employment. First warning sign, there was no sign on the building showing that it was a legit business. Second I was told that I had to PAY $30.00 for a background check in order to accept the job. Third sign was that the position was for a 2 week "trial period". During this period I was only to make minimum wage($7.25), and after 2 weeks I could go up to the pay amount that was advertised IF hired($11.00). Fourth sign, I was basically scheduling interviews(approximately 60) for my same position. My 3rd day another girl was there with me, and she said that they were running a scam because they only wanted to pay minimum wage, and had a heavy revolving door because no one really worked BEYOND the "2 week trial period" Bull cap. Fortunately, I was "let go", after my break because they had and I quote, "seen all that they needed to see". Another girl was already at my desk when I was leaving, and btw she'said already replaced, and her replacement has been replaced. Now here's where the problem came in. THEY NEVER PAYED ME FOR MY TIME WORKING! They tried to give me a check unsigned. So, I gave them my bank deposit info. It's been 3 days and they have yet to pay me my money though they claimed to have put it into my account. I know that a lot of young women have been taken advantage of by this joke of a company claiming to help people, but they are LIARS!!!! My check was only $107.37, and they won't give me that small amount. There are no benefits, and they are simply taking advantage of young women needing employment. They do BAD BUSINESS. Like the title, this place is a JOKE. The turnover is so high. I saw like four groups of new employees come through this place while I was working here. Most everyone that goes in for an interview tends to get hired because they are just looking for bodies basically. Management is really really unprofessional, and it takes them years and years AND YEARS to get you a proper caseload so you can actually start to get money in. There were even some mental health specialists and therapists who pushed to work in the front office for minimum wage because they were trying to have at least a little chump change to pay their bills. The interview consisted primarily of a man asking about if I've ever worked with homeless people, and telling me about how it feels for someone to be homeless, and that was about it... so I left feeling weird...Like the interview was incomplete or something.  The company seems lovely from the outside looking it, but once you actually get in, it's a bunch of bull. They use you to work, then at the end of your time working there, you realize you didn't really make any money! My whole experience with DIG was sort of a waste of time... but I did meet some nice people there who I could complain with about how silly the company was, and about possible places we could leave to go to once we got out.

The management is terrible. There is no support, or encouragement. They throw you onto a project or task without knowing the full details of what your suppose to be doing. No one within higherups are helpful. And the owners and rude and disrespectful. For what little they pay, I wouldn’t bother working for them unless your desperate.

No need to type everything over again...over a year later and i had every issue that the previous admin stated. The two week trial period was a two week period of scheduling interviews for the position that i was already in....that tells you everything you need to know!!

The positive reviews were written by management. They work you for 10 days at $7.25 then decide whether to keep you or not. Very unorganized!!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Save your time and gas money definitely not worth it
