What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s fun and lovely place to work in. The job isn’t hard and the management hear and see you.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sitting down for long hours. The virtual companion position requires a lot of sitting or standing in one place for longer periods because your eyes need to be on the screen at all times.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun and a culturally diverse place 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monitoring patients from different locations throughout the shift. 12hr shifts

What is the best part of working at the company?
My 2nd  shift crew,,  the 2nd shift crew , was a team crew, Always there to help another 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Evs director,  not on our team ,didn't  support us , or , try new things to bring all shifts together 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Vary stressful,  never the correct answer  all different  rules

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
3 1130   cleaning room.   Consent,  battlewith nurses

Processing AHP and physician applications. Verifying providers license and certifications.  I've learned to adapt to different applications timeframes. Management and workplace culture is neutral. The hardest part is not maintaining a consistent routine. The most enjoyable part  is the job security. 

Dignity health is a great stepping stool into the healthcare profession. There are much bigger and better career opportunities out there once you have experience.

Team work and honest heart, feeling great helping others

not being able to help the client the right way

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
awesome, family, team work, great atmosphere

If you you keep yourself to yourself and don't get involved in the politics or drama, it is a great place to work. My position is very flexible and provides great life work balance. Training is appropriate for my position. 

They worked hard to put emplyees best equipt to assist clients needs and personallities.  They assure the safety of employees and clients. They are concerned about employees being treated fairly while with client.

Great staff in Houston. Upper management not engaged with staff in Houston--micro managed from Dallas. Field staff was awesome, and was vested in their participation of patient/family care.

It was great working there. Management listened. If people got unprofessional they had consequences. I’d work there again, people aren’t just allowed to do whatever they want if there not doing their job they’ll be fired.
