DoorLoop is an awesome place to work. The hiring process is extensive, but it's immediately clear why: everyone on this team is so talented with an incredible work ethic. 

What I really appreciate about this place is the work-life balance. When you're at work, the expectation is doing your very best every day. There's a lot to do, but you have an incredible team and excellent leaders to support you through all of it. Also: no one works more than 40 hours a week. Overtime is extremely rare, if it even happens at all. You're encouraged to do your best, but then to go have a life when you're done. I've never worked at a company that strikes this balance so well. 

Salaries are competitive, benefits are great, and the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone makes new team members feel right at home (usually with ping pong matches in the office) and the company's founders are excellent about recognizing hard work and accomplishments. 

I love working at DoorLoop and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great job.

As much as I love being home and having the ability to work from home if necessary, I love being in the office. Everyone is friendly and fun to chat with and is always willing to help figure out any issues that come up throughout the day. Working on Lincoln Road is also great, as there's tons of really good food options for lunch if you decide you want to eat out. We've got ping pong tables and dartboards and there's always at least some time within the day to get a quick game in to break up some work and take a load off. I couldn't be happier working here.

I've been at Doorloop about 7 months and thoroughly enjoy working here. The training process when you get started is a great way to learn the software and polish your sales skills, and the real fun starts when you start selling. The founders provide a great atmosphere for all employees and they do a fantastic job at making sure their employees feel valued. The culture definitely feels like a tech start up (in the best way possible) and it's always fun to be in the office. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

DoorLoop tries to make work as productive as possible while keeping it fun. 
When it's time to work you're going to do a lot of it and at high levels surrounded by like minded, smart individuals. You have a lot of room to grow within the company, personally and professionally but you need to perform.
Outside of work hours the DoorLoop family participates in Volleyball, Tennis and after hour drinks.
Great community that rewards hard work and initiative.

Nice co-workers in fun setting but management micromanages and oversells job and company. Salary is trash and barely above minimum wage. Not remote friendly and expect you to commute over an hour each way from another county. Only join if you are just starting your career and have nowhere else to work. Otherwise much better opportunities for growth, satisfaction and pay elsewhere.

Days are fast-paced and varied, so you have to be able to adapt and adjust. When needed, you can take time to focus on projects. Micromanagement is not a thing in our department and my boss is the best I've ever had.

The energy and fun more than make up for the pace if you aren't frustrated easily. Great opportunity for advancement. You will be rewarded if you work hard and contribute well.

The leadership at DoorLoop have found a way to perfectly balance fun with hard work. Going to the office does not feel like a chore and the entire team from Sales, to Support, to Dev is filled with good, hard working people. Best place to work specially at the heart of South Beach! 

They offer hybrid (3 days in, 2 days WFH) so that's nice. Not a lot of micro-managing. However, not a lot of ways to grow in the company. The switch from a start up to a corporation is nice but they haven't yet found the flow to help grow the employees as well

From the very first day working at DoorLoop, I knew this was the company I have been searching for. Everyone is very passionate, positive and in love with what they do! Absolutely recommend all day everyday! 

I have loved my time here at Doorloop and believe if you are a hard worker that is willing to grow and improve then Doorloop will be the right fit for you.
