In the beginning I was looking forward to being a part of a wound care team as I have done in the past. The start was somewhat shaky as it was unclear of my job duties and training (what little I needed) was a JOKE. Management did not provide adequate training as promised and you are left to try and figure out for yourself what the heck is going on! Tons of miscommunication, if you get any at all. Decisions made by management change abruptly with no notice and then they are shocked that you don't know what's going on. This makes for doing your job difficult. Management has a bit of a problem talking down to employees. I guess titles go to some people's head. This company is completely out of line on travel expectations, so you better be willing to spend ALOT of time in your car. 
If you are not willing to live in your car, being fired is an expected outcome. 
Mileage reimbursement is very little. The overall experience left me frustrated most of the time and honestly, I don't think this organization really gives a rip about their employees. The turnover is high. Just getting a name badge was like pulling teeth. 

This is hands down the best company I’ve worked for. The team is welcoming, and communication is a top priority. Upper management is flexible and understanding, always supporting employees. I’ve been consistently recognized for my work ethic, which makes me feel truly valued.
The company also takes pride in promoting from within, so the growth opportunities are endless. If you're looking for a place where you feel seen, heard, and have room to grow, this is the place!

No one cares so you’re left to do things without micromanagement which is nice

The fact that no one cares. Not even high management. This place is run to the ground because of the lack of training, education, and any form of excitement for the company. It’s impossible to get a hold of upper management and when you finally do, you’re waiting for another response for days on end. The only time they reach out to you is if there’s some sort of criticism that they never even trained you on.

My experience at Dr. Mobicare was disappointing due to a lack of structure and ineffective management. There was no clear onboarding or training process, and employees were often left to figure things out on their own with little to no guidance.

Leadership was largely absent or unapproachable, and communication from management was inconsistent at best. Feedback wasn’t welcomed, and the environment often felt more critical than supportive, which impacted team morale.

With stronger, more transparent leadership and a structured approach to training and communication, this could be a much better place to work.

I started as a wound care provider who rounded at facilities.The management was very supportive and the flexibility was important for me. Doctor moby care has good workplace culture. The hardest part of the job is the nursing home culture and Dr. Mobicare is evolving and growing. The most enjoyable part of my job is educating patients.Families , nursing home , staff and other providers to provide good wound care and to continue to learn myself about wound care. Never a dull moment.

Visit with a different number of woundcare clients at various facilities.

Work along side the providers and the facilities woundcare team.

Assist the provider, as well as the staff, with delivering quality care to each individual client.

Witness various stages of wound healing.

Upper management often has unrealistic expectations, requiring employees to take on responsibilities outside of their original role with minimal training and very little time to learn. The work environment felt disorganized, and employees were frequently expected to figure things out on their own without sufficient support. Overall, it was one of the worst places I've worked.

Work is unrewarding, there is no cohesiveness, no direction, the expectation is that anyone can be shifted anywhere to fill in gaps in the company. No pto, feels like walking on egg shells. Unprofessional and there is no support. Questionable workn practices. Sure the pay is fine but the down sides out weigh it heavily. 

So extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Rude behavior, very unprofessional. Long hours, low travel reimbursement, long hours, computer problems, immature management in California. Nasty, rude nurse practitioners.
