The hardest part of the job is handling time-sensitive authorizations and insurance requirements, but the most enjoyable part is knowing that my work directly contributes to smoother patient care and positive outcomes.

Working at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center has been a very positive experience for me. In the two years I’ve been with the company, I’ve been promoted twice, starting as an Insurance Verification Lead, moving into an HR role, and now serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. The growth I’ve had here really shows that hard work and reliability are noticed and rewarded.

The role itself is busy and requires staying organized, flexible, and detail-oriented, but it’s also very fulfilling. I work closely with leadership and support a wide range of operational and administrative needs, which keeps every day interesting. That said, the three male physicians were a highlight of the experience. They were supportive, professional, and made the day-to-day work much more manageable. Their presence significantly improved the overall environment. The owner, however, was much more difficult to work with due to a challenging personality.

Overall, while the fast pace was a positive aspect, the leadership style and workplace culture may not be the right fit for everyone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this workplace to others seeking a supportive and professional environment.

Understanding the job will help you deliver in the most efficient way possible, and DFAC didn't miss this. I enjoyed working with all the medical assistants and front ladies. I have been more confident about myself and I have grown so much since I became part of this family. DFAC has created an opportunity for me to grow not just professionally but also personally. The owner is very goal driven and wants efficiency in everything, especially in delivering quality service to our patients. She's very understanding of her employees' needs too. Working here really made me feel like I can do more and the only one who can stop my growth is myself. If you want to challenge yourself to do more and be more, work here.
