EMC was one of the best places I’ve ever been employed at. If not for taking a leap and pursuing my dream of opening up my own restaurant, I’d happily still be there today. I wish them only the best and truly hope that any future/new potential staff is just as amazing as those I had the privilege of working with. :)

I work for a branch in Irvine and I couldn't be happier with my Division Manager. I am  a respected employee and always learning from him. I am trusted in my work process so there has never been an issue with micromanagement. The owner is also a great person, having a vibrant and fun personality.

there is no direction, no management, the owner is not a leader he's like a kid who has no direction and makes mistakes over and over again. learned nothing no one to lear from,  no room to grow. dead end job
