Worked for Eagle for three years. First year was great then transferred for different position. Biggest mistake. It really depends on the location you work at. Overall I’ll say the relationship between site administrators/clerical and clinical is very cliquish. They all have each others backs and don’t take the employees concerns serious because in their positions there are bigger issues (understandable) to address. But it’s us clerical and clinical folks who are the front line with patients and if we’re unhappy and leave what would you do without us? Sure it’s a doctors office and the doctors are important but if you don’t have CMA’s, schedulers, check-in staff then what kind of office are you running? Seemed to me management didn’t seem to grasp that in my time there that our happiness matters and our concerns are real.  Eagle needs to do a better job at making sure people who are put in a place of management actually have the personality traits to be strict, fair and uphold confidentiality and professionalism vs “were promoting within because you’ve put in 20 years ith us”. Sure it seems like the rewarding thing to do for an employee who has put their time in but there’s needs to be a better vetting process because you can not have the personality to be in a position of power. Overall I think Eagle is a great family oriented company. They do their best to make you happy in other areas and they truly care about their patients. Some head doctors tend to put new ideas into place without considering us at the bottom and how it affects OUR day and that was a bit frustrating but again it just comes down to caring about us little people within the company.

This use to be the best place to work!! New Management ruined it!! As an honest veteran employee with integrity I saw things going on that were not right!! Took to HR & Managing MD they turned a blind eye and didn’t want to see the proof of wrongdoing (discrimination if you ask me). What a slap in the face!! They don’t know how to keep their mouth shut from private conversations therefore I get railroaded for doing the RIGHT thing!! Sad that a company believes a 1.7 year employee is more trustworthy than a 20+ year employee with a good record!! Pay is NOT competitive!! Co-workers are amazing!! Company cares more about the newer employees than the veterans. Without the veterans you wouldn’t have a successful business!!

I have been with Eagle for 18 years now.  That should speak volumes in itself.  There are a lot of employees who have longevity in this company.  We are a multi-practice company, but we are still privately owned and operated.  Because of this our leadership and board of directors truly care about how the employees feel and your input is valued. You are not just a number here. We are family. Our benefits are outstanding. I feel very blessed and fortunate to be able to come to work for Eagle each day. If you get the opportunity to make the switch to Eagle Physicians I would not hesitate to take it. 

Eagle Physicians is a fabulous place to work. The culture always puts the patient first and the company also truly takes care of their employees. Every year there are bonuses and also wage increases most years. Profit sharing is annually, vacation generous and I've never seen a health plan richer or more low-cost to employees.There will always be a few bad apples in the barrel and the occasional co-worker who is difficult to work with, but Eagle really works hard to instill a positive attitude in their workers for the betterment of patient care. Been here over 20 years and not planning to leave.

This office i worked for had some racial tension amongst the employees, which made it a very uncomfortable environment to work in. The manager has had several complaints filed against her due to her attitude and lack of respect for her employees. I do not know the other offices but I can guarantee as the only black individual working at that office, it is extremely uncomfortable and they need to work on how they treat their employees with everything we go through during the work day

I have worked for Eagle Physicians for almost 20 years. I have been able to move up through positions due to hard work and determination on my part. Management has been willing to teach me new job skills to get me where I have wanted to go. My leadership has always been encouraging and I feel like I can go to them with any problems or celebrations. As long as you are willing to put in the hard work they will help you grow. 

This company is provider owned but I have always felt like my opinions mattered. 

I worked for this company for 12 years. I was then told my position was being eliminated due to "restructuring". There is no sense  of loyalty. Eagle in the past was a progressive company that was truly patient centered. Eagle now is all about the numbers and the bottom line. Beware, they want to make it appear that they have a supportive culture, it is not true. Many long term employees have left due to a change in leadership. This change in leadership does not support Eagle's "values".

Benefits are good with chances for advancement within the company.  The most challenging part of the job is learning everything that is needed in order to fullfil the guidelines that is needed on each job.  But it can be most rewarding too when you feel you have learned everything you can on that job in order to advance upto the next level of where you want to go.  At the end of the day the best part of the job comes when you know you have helped someone who needed someone to listen to them whether it is a patient or another coworker.    

Eagle is a great place to work. There's a good balance between staff and management. We are a team, we take care of patients and each other.  We strive for a positive workplace and an environment where people like coming to work. It is very rewarding knowing at the end of the day we are here to help others. Our patients look forward to seeing the staff and doctors at their visits. We are very busy which can be challenging. I consider it a positive and not a negative, I enjoy the constant work flow. 

Let's face it, working in healthcare is hard. It's stressful, draining and we often deal with angry and upset people. At Eagle I am appreciated and thanked for all of my hard work. They recognize the stress I am under and acknowledge my efforts with both praise & thanks as well as very good compensation and benefits. Couldn't be happier!
