The company is fine you have a lot of benefits but the people you work for are really bad. They have no respect for employees and treat you like slaves and HR does not do their job in bucking up the employees they always side with the managers and directors.They don't even respect confidentiality.  If they fire all managers including HR and hired new people who are better trained maybe it would be a nice company to work for. They really need to stop hiring friends and relatives because that seems to be the problem they're all related or know each other so they do and treat employees like trash because they got each others back. This people should be reported to the EEOC. Clearly they are violating every employee right and getting away with it. This people make me sick and I am as of now trying to  make a report of what is going on in this company.

Eisner is a mess. They will increase your patient load which just leads to a higher no-show rate for which you are penalized. They will change your job description and your pay structure with zero notice. They eradicate important positions with no communications to the affected departments. A long time and much loved department head passed away and they refused to give members of that department time off to attend his funeral. They do not care about the health or safety of their providers.
Clinic directors are power-hungry and refused to implement much needed changes to improve patient flow. This leaves both clinicians and patients frustrated and less likely to show up for appointments

I found a position on indeed and was hired earlier this year.  I had not heard of Eisner and didn't have any friends to talk to,  so I relied on my gut plus online reviews when I accepted their offer half a year ago.  

I am so happy I decided to come work here.  Everyone here is so nice!  Such a pleasant place to work.  I love the fact that I get to serve patients that don't have a lot of high quality options for their healthcare, which makes me feel good to come to work every day.  There are a lot of ongoing efforts to keep the quality of care high, and this seems to be a goal here. 

Overall,  i am very happy that I found this position on indeed,  and then accepted.  No regrets.

Very stressful environment, due to front desk job lead. Front desk job lead doesn’t train properly and cuts employees hours if she will not be present. Fired employees when emergency visit at hospital. They don’t give an opportunity for employees to come back even if provided doctors paper work. They feel entitled to treat employees with disrespectful and speak to them very rude. And was hired for front desk and was only put at back office only. Was hired for a location and had me drive to farther location for training. Had me working and training for things I wasn’t hired for. 

I was doing a training there at Eisner health and I learned so far was filling and processing the prescription and because I had limited experience on pharmacy work, it was really  hard for me, but people were nice enough to train me, the only thing was that they mis communicated with me.that was overwhelming for me and got me upset, but so far I really love my job as a Pharmacy technician, the only thing is that I wish they would offer me part time instead of full time itself. Because I definitely need them to accommodate me on that one and so fourth. 

I loved my job because I had a full range of responsibilties. They included :
Individual therapy
Group therapy for both children and parents
I taught a parenting class
I did individual student supervision.
I also did group student individual
I participated in a very special project called the Artist's Tribe Group.
In this group I participated in a variety of artistic projects alongside the clients.

My last employer was a great learning experience because you work with people and patients from all walks of life. A typical day will begin with processing patients and getting them ready for the physician to see them. One of the challenges would be working on a full schedule, and being short staffed. I like to see the patients be happy and I want them to be seen promptly. The most enjoyable part of the job would be that I not only work with colleagues, but I also made life long friends. Also, the patients are appreciative of the services they receive.

I been working for Eisner for 10 years and I have learned a lot and best about it, I have been able to make a positive impact in the community.
I'm 100% with good customer service and now I feel it is difficult to promote Eisner services when I noticed many departments must improve on customer service.
They are great in other areas.
Two things I always enjoy at Eisner:
- Help families to understand the health care system and get coverage.
- Work with my team, we are like a family and care a lot for our patients.

Job security if you do great. Staff here has been here for over 20 yrs

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lots of work that isn't part of your original job description and they don't give you more pay

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great environment to be at we have pretty good staff

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy but overall laid back. We continue to work remotely so that's cool

Working with Patients and explaining their medial insurance for different type of appointments.  Employers are some what helpful but mostly not too much of a team player. Supervisor acted the same way when days got difficult and had disrespectful attitudes at times. The most enjoyable part of the day is when my patients will leave complement and recommend my assistant and respectful experience of my services.
