This job has been one of the most rewarding jobs I've had, you get to help people and your compensation is directly correlated to that! The leadership support is unmatched! It has been a nice change of pace working with leaders who are receptive to feedback without fear of retaliation. In summary, this job has challenged me to continue to grow and evolve to a better version of myself as corny as it might sound. It's true what they say, people come for the income but stay for the culture. The true epitome of "work hard play hard", as we recently went jet skiing as a team for meeting our goals! 

If you want to change your life you come here. Had it been easy? No. Has it been a challenging position? Absolutely. Was it worth everything I had to do? Without question. I worked harder at this than any other place and because of that have changed my life. 

The culture runs deep here. Training is offered from top to bottom. If someone doesn’t succeed here it’s not because of the management doing their part. They cater food 4 days a week. A personal barber, saloon, mail techs, movie theater we have weekly meetings. 

This is the place the be if your wanting to change your life. 

The work environment is supportive, and I feel appreciated for the contributions I make. One of the aspects I enjoy most is the opportunity to grow professionally while working on diverse tasks that keep things interesting. Every day brings new challenges that allow me to improve my skills and stay engaged.

Additionally, the team I work with is great—we collaborate well and share a sense of purpose, which makes the workday go by smoothly. Overall, I feel fulfilled in my role and genuinely appreciate the balance of meaningful work and a positive workplace culture.

Best place to be! Literally life changing, but of course, it has to start with you and your mindset and willingness to learn. The leadership here is like no other! Everyone is a family here, I spend more time here than I do at home because I always feel like there's a lot more I can be doing to grow my business! And being around positivity surely helps.

Everyone here wants you to make it, so really if you're not ...you gotta blame no one but yourself! Mindset is HUGE, so once you're positive and are coachable, you will (by all means) make over $100k your first year here. No complaining and no excuses, just stay determined to help some people and in return you make lots of money!! OH! and we're all a family here! I am here more than I am at home, and that is by choice!

I’ve been here for 3 years. I have done a lot of insurance jobs and this is the first time I was paid based on my worth. For 8 years I worked hard to get up to a $60K salary. My first year here I tripled that. Yes I worked a few more hours that I did in the past but where lees can you make a multiple six figure income in just a couple years. Plus the culture here is so phenomenal it doesn’t really feel like work. I would literally never work anywhere else! 

They advertise the job as a salary job but 100% commissions. No wonder the owners was bragging so much about his weath😂. when working their your required to work at least 60 hrs a week (commission no hourly pay). Your also required to stay put till the deal is done. If you have to leave don’t come back.

I have worked at Empowered Health Solutions for about 7 months now. I have  worked many jobs and I have never experienced the kind of support and culture that I have here.  The leadership team and my fellow agents have become a second family to me. I truly feel like this job was the biggest blessing that I never knew I needed. Every single person here wants to see you win. I highly recommend this company.
