What is the best part of working at the company?
The real estate programs used to perform my business was very helpful. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I experienced tough times with the manager at the brokerage,  in which I was assigned to. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was not too diverse. That could cause other new agents to see it in a different perspective. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I no longer work at this brokerage. I did like the ongoing training.

Flexible hours, creativity encouraged, and plenty of training provided.  My manager is very good at what he does though he has limited time he can give to so man agents.  I will continue to work there indefinitely.

Great place to work.  Enjoyed manager's style.  Everyone made me feel welcome and brought me into the folds of their culture.

I'd recommend ERA.  Everyone going in to Real Estate should understand that it's a 100% commission industry.  ERA was fair in their formula and distribution of compensation.

Great if you are excellent at marketing yourself otherwise very difficult to create leads. A lot of roller coaster weeks and months. Don't expect any real leads or expect a pay check for a couple of months

Every manager and agent was great to work with.  Everyone works together to help each other succeed.  Training that was offered was top notch. Great place to be!

This is a great company with wonderful helpful management. You need to put time in to get anywhere with real estate. If you can be consistent with following up on leads and marketing you will grow!

Great Training for new Realtors!! The office managers are always there to help you and train you to run your own business the way it should be! I would recommend being a Real Estate agent with ERA
