I've been with Etairos Health for 3 years so far. When I first started the culture was not great and they knew it. What I love most is the initiative they take to make changes. Slowly they started to remove people that were stirring the pot and adding leaders, created policies and made time to ensure that the staff was heard and happy. 3 years in, I know that if I have an issue, I will be heard. Even if they may not agree, they have a conversation and we try to meet in the middle. I love that I can go to my supervisors office and truly feel like it's an open door policy. 3 years later, I feel like I'm a part of something. I was able to grow my role to now supervising an entire department. I'm grateful for the experience that Etairos Health has given me, I truly learn something new every day. 

I am truly happy with my position as Recruiter at Etairos Health.  The training they provided was very thorough and the staff assigned to provide training was very patient.  The team is very supportive, and we all collaborate and learn from each other and share ideas which is great.  The HR Director listens and provides one on one coaching which is hard to find these days.  I would definitely recommend working at Etairos, they are a growing organization who truly care about their employees and don't mind investing time and energy into your learning as they know they are investing in their future as well.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of company is flexibility with scheduling off. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No effort is made to ensure field workers have supplies to conduct home visits. Gloves, masks, hand sanitizer and PPE items are stored at office. Definitely NOT readily available and must be purchased by field workers. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment focuses on competing with other companies and improving ratings. Adheres to cultural guidelines. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is meeting client needs during home visit.

I have been with Etairos Home Health for about 7 months and it has been a wonderful experience.  The whole operation is very family oriented and the ones who lead are excellent role models.  I would comfortably recommend anyone to work for Etairos. The company has given me the platform to utilize my strengths to be successful in growing business at an expedited rate.   I really care for all of my colleagues! 

During the interview, I got a clear idea of what a typical day looks like, focusing on helping patients and working with a caring team. I learned how much the company values compassion and teamwork. Management seemed approachable and genuinely supportive. The culture feels warm and patient-centered. The most enjoyable part is knowing you’re making a real difference in people’s lives. Overall, a positive and welcoming experience.



The company has gone through a lot of changes in senior management and haven’t felt secure in my position for months. Job security not the greatest. I truly enjoy what I do but the workload has been, at times, very taxing.  I have been assigned 5-6visits daily without anyone taking the drive time into consideration. For this company, it seems to be all about the $$$. My supervisor has been wonderful though.

CEO etc. repeatedly work to address process issues & make things worse.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
positive work culture and environment. Issues are addressed as learning opportunities.

Too much upper management not doing their job. Etairos has a high employee/staffing turnover rate throughout all locations. No education for company advancement, and poor communication with the field staff. The EMR system used is not user friendly and very difficult.

The management team is supportive, however they are more supportive to those who actually try hard and care. They have several caregivers that worked their way up into leadership and office roles.
