Day breakdown 
Start day with morning meetings which are supposed to hype you up for the day. Lots of motivational speeches to get you inspired and you're expected to inspire others.
You then move to PC in which you go around partnering up to practice the pitch for whatever campaign you are a part of (This is a sales job after all) because product knowledge is key. This is great because it helps you learn how to push your sales onto people with confidence and knock down any objections, you'll use guerilla tactics so you'll have to force the sales onto people before they can really say no or think about it too much.
You're then assigned locations and you're sent off to drive to your location either alone, with a partner, or with an interview (You take someone out to convince them to join the company under your supervision so that you can build a team and be promoted).
Mondays are team night so you get to go out with everyone to a bar or anywhere they decide to help bond with the office.
Great company but only if you're there to push through on your own by becoming the best salesperson or by becoming a manager favorite since the manager is only willing to really help and push forward those who he really likes, and tries to hold down those he doesn't. 
He tries his best not to show favoritism and pretend like he's really going to help you but guaranteed, anytime someone leave, he'll pull people individually to let them know their future with the company is better now that they're gone because they were a "horrible" influence on the office and that he'll be able to focus and help you more now that whoever is gone is gone, regardless of who they are.
Commissions are fair, but keep track of every sale because you will see a lot of money "disappearing" and suddenly you'll owe the company money.
Expect to travel a lot, anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour drive to your location with no reimbursement on gas or car repairs.

I have worked with the Evantage team for just over 4 years. I entered the company fresh out of college. Basically - I was looking for somewhere I could pad my resume with some sales and marketing experience, have my nights and weekends off, and make some money while I figured out what I really wanted to do.

Within a couple of months, I made the decision this was where I wanted to be. The team was incredibly supportive. Everyone at the office was open to helping me improve on a daily basis.  I had never been exposed to a company where the team actually LIKED going to work!

Don't get me wrong, the work wasn't easy. I put in more effort in a an average week than most of my friends working at other companies. The thing was - I didn't really even realize how hard I was working because I was growing, learning, and having a great time doing it. What I fell in love with was watching the people I trained begin to grow and succeed because of their hard work and what I had taught them.

I got promoted to management in just under 2 years and now run a branch of the company in North Carolina. I lead a team of over 90 people, and everything I learned to run my office I learned from the amazing Evantage team!

A typical work day includes conducting sales for our clients to grow their business. I get to meet tons of new people everyday and get to help save them money; easiest job in the world. I've learned that if I want my own success and to reach my goals, I have to first build others around me. I have learned what it truly means to be a leader and inspire others to work hard. The management is unbelievable. I've never felt so appreciated and supported in everything that I do. They really focus on positive reinforcement to motivate good behavior and strong work ethic. My co-workers are like my family. When I exceed my goals or expectations, they cheer me on. If I am not meeting expectations, they push me to my limit and challenge me to truly meet my potential. The hardest part of the job is just constantly working on self-reflection. I feel as if I am always stretching muscles and bettering myself, sometimes it can be exhausting, but is the most rewarding experience I've ever had. The most enjoyable part of the job is definitely the amazing people I've been able to build genuine relationships with. I have never felt more accepted or a strong sense of belonging before and it makes me want to work even harder.

It's a great company for a person who just graduated high school/college. It's a sales job. A typical day was arriving at the office at 10am. For an hour, you would get into "crews" and set goals and motivate one another. As well as watch & listen to inspirational videos or experiences from co-workers in order to begin your day with a positive & competitive mindset. After that, you would head to your stores (Walmart/Best Buy). From there, you sell DirecTV to consumers. The job is an excellent experience for anyone who is trying to get into sales. The pay is good for the work you put in. Also, you come into contact with 100+ people a day. Advancement opportunities are clear from the first day. The work atmosphere is very encouraging and optimistic. Everyone is there to see you grow and support you in any way. The staff is amazing and so is everyone else. Hardest part of the job was managing work and life. A regular schedule is Thurs - Mon from 10am - 7pm. You can stay later (which most do) and the drive to and after work can be a lot. What I enjoyed most was the connections I created with the staff.

I have been with Evantage since the beginning.  They handle B2B sales and marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients.  A typical day involves team meeting with your piers, meeting with clients, conducting face to face sales to business owners and customers in Dallas.  Each day the team also wraps the day up together where they can share ideas of what we find is working or what we can improve upon.
Every manager started off at the entry level, so that allows their coaching and advice to come from experience, not just theory.  Each manager's role is to develop and train new team members and that creates a goal oriented environment where they strive to improve personally and professionally.  There is an open door policy so it is easy to ask questions and get quick resolutions.
The co-workers are great, and they really look to hire those that fit into the team values, such as professionalism, character, integrity, and a positive attitude.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great company culture. Everybody is fun to work with. Room for growth as they only promote from within. Great compensation structure with ways to be making really great money and be taken care of. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Depending on your lifestyle schedule may be a bit hard but it's all about working around it and setting up a good routine.

Super lively culture with a lot of recognition on a day to day basis

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Now as a recruiter my role has changed a bit, I review the hundreds of applications sent to our company and reach out to those candidates I feel would be a good fit to invite to interview

A tipical day would be running cold call 90% of the day while bringing on new clients and also maintaining the relationships between older clients to. 
Management was very good became very good friends with my management and recruiting team. 
My coworkers were all very willing to help and also willing to learn
The hardest part of the job was the communication between management and the sales team for the products we were alowed to sale. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to help grow and develope others.

Every day is a learning opportunity here. I have learned so much in my time here, from entry level sales, customer service, public speaking, time management to small scale management and leading a group of my peers. The workplace culture is the best I have seen. Every day I get to work with motivated and like-minded individuals. The company encourages having fun so it makes coming to work enjoyable. Starting off you have a trainer to teach you the daily responsibilities. As you progress, you have mentors to develop and refine your skills. 

I came into the company as a college student looking for hands on experience in business and to develop interpersonal and leadership skills. The greatest advantage about the company is the fact that we get to work one-on-one with the CEO and the opportunities for self development. I started off as an Account Representative, where I developed my skills in sales and marketing. Within a year, based on my tenacity for growth, I was promoted into a role within management.
