It was okay at first, but their true colors began to show fairly quickly. The entire team was overworked, underpaid and not appreciated. The billing staff were let go and outsourced leaving a ton of work unfinished. The billing manager was left to clean up the mess that the team left and my understanding is that it still isn't fully cleaned up. I loved the Billing Manager, but I do not believe she works there any longer because of the stress. I miss how she made the team feel because she was why I stayed as long as I did. I don't really approve of the other managers or directors since they never truly cared about us. They only reached out to complain or give us more work, but never really truly appreciated us. While working there I could only really count on my manager and she did what she could, but it never seemed good enough. I would work for her again in a heartbeat, but I can't see myself ever returning to work there.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The mission of ECP and the people who are so committed to caring for kids make this a great place to be

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes it is frustrating to deal with the Medicaid bureaucracy

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very collaborative. Great team work. Wveryone can be heard and make an impact

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work 8–5:30 seeing kids and families. Much interaction with nutrition and behavioral health providers

I worked at Every Child Pediatrics for about 4 years. Within that time I went from an entry level position to a management position. I loved working with my coworkers and team. My supervisor was truly a great person. Every work place has its pros and cons but working here really helps make a difference in the lives of children and their families. I hope to return in the near future.

Before the new managers took over more so the Director this organization was amazing and made you feel valued. Everything went down hill when the Director’s came to the office and started to treat long employees like they did not matter. Went to their “HR” (what a joke) and she did absolutely nothing to help! Went to her in tears one time because of the horrible way they made me feel she could care less!

Morning  patients waiting to see the doctor ,helping them with their information to have everything ready for the nurses . Every day at work is something new we need to help all patients the more that we can, we have to be aware of them and it is something i love to do i have to see the new born baby's toddlers baby's and happy Mons.

Every Child Pediatrics exists to provide high-quality health care and support services to children, regardless of their circumstances. Working here is extremely rewarding and the employees truly are committed to the mission, to doing what's right and to taking care of each other.

ECP's is a nonprofit organization delivering quality health care and ancillary services to an underserved population regardless of the pt's insurance status.

Management and administration does not care about staff or patients. They put up a front to get donations but behind the doors it is a different story.

Great mission and everyone works together to support our community.  This is an amazing organization with people that truly care and treat you like a family.  Amazing potlucks!

Everyone I work with is amazing.  They are truly focused on our mission of serving underserved kids.  You can have a life/work balance and management is very flexible with your time.
