I worked at this company for 1 year and 10 months. During that time, I received a promotion and multiple raises, which led me to believe I was performing well. Unfortunately, that made it all the more shocking when I was abruptly terminated without any prior feedback, formal warnings, or opportunities for improvement. I was told it was due to “unprofessionalism,” but no specific examples or documentation were ever provided.

The environment often felt unsupportive, and being naturally quiet was treated as a flaw rather than a difference in communication style. There was little effort from leadership to foster growth or understanding — instead, expectations were unclear, and decisions felt arbitrary.

Despite the challenges, I learned a lot about what I want and don’t want in a workplace. I hope others considering this company take time to evaluate whether it aligns with their values and needs. For me, leaving was ultimately a blessing in disguise.

I've been with Everything Medicare for a year now as a Medicare Sales Agent, and it’s been a truly positive and rewarding experience. The company culture is outstanding, built on strong leadership and a supportive, team-oriented environment. One of the things I really enjoy is how the company shows appreciation throughout the year. We have a mid-year party, a pre-AEP celebration before our busy season, and a post-AEP/holiday party. It’s a great way to just let your hair down and feel the support and appreciation from the company.

During AEP, the hours can definitely be long, but the earning potential is high, and management goes the extra mile to keep morale up. They bring in vendors and fun activities to keep things light and show their appreciation, which makes a big difference during the busiest time of the year.

There are also plenty of opportunities to earn beyond your base and commission with different incentives. The people here are fantastic, and leadership is both personable and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to work, grow, and feel supported.

The culture has shifted entirely. They are growing too much and can’t handle it at all. You’re dealing with the most vulnerable people of our society and they push you to take advantage of them. It’s either you do “good business” and get low sales or you finesse old people to get higher amount of sales (which is what they want). If you have respect for the elderly and integrity working here will not be beneficial for 80% of the year. There are very little people you can actually help especially out of season. What’s the only other option to get sales out of the season? Not an option anyone should be willing to do. Coworkers are amazing and made the place enjoyable environment. Management on the other hand needs to take a course or two on how to manage. 

A decent entry point into the Medicare industry with light perks like occasional food and parties. Pay is fair for a regular job, though not competitive for experienced sales or insurance professionals. The structure benefits the company more than agents or clients, and the work culture leans unprofessional, with condescending tones, no formal reviews, and a tendency toward cliquish, cult-like dynamics.

Best suited for those new to the field or highly social. seasoned, ambitious professionals may quickly outgrow it. Management often touts year-over-year sales growth without acknowledging the influx of dozens of new employees driving those numbers. It’s easy to see through the narrative with basic common sense, but it’s best to play along. leadership tends to be highly sensitive when anyone points out the obvious.

I have been working at Everything Medicare for over two years now, and I can genuinely say it has been a valuable experience. Not only are the owners and management team wonderful professionals, but they are also kind individuals. Other than a stable work environment and weekly competitive compensation, my favorite thing about Everything Medicare is the people I work with. Management fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where there is a genuine sense of mutual respect for all. The work-life balance is also something I really appreciate here, especially during AEP (we work overtime, but it's reasonable hours). Everything Medicare is a great place to work, learn, and grow. What is the best part of working at the company?
You get paid weekly and its very laid back. You get paid very well. Easy to hit at least $1,500 a week. The culture is great. Everyone gets along. No office drama and you are having fun helping seniors. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Seniors can be a little hard to deal with at times. You have to be patient

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is great. Everyone laughs daily. Np office drama. Great place to work. Not the old corporates draining structure. Very fun!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You come in, ususally have a meeting then your on the phones. You have an hour lunch then back on the phones and then day is over.
