I worked for Execusource on assignment at a client location in a temp to perm role. They have superior clients, with a high level of expectation. That is a major indicator of a professional staffing agency. I learned a new skill set and Execusource staff were available, prompt in responding to any concerns (HR, time, job expectations). Their friendly, yet clear guidance was a welcome change, as I have worked as a contractor for 20 years. They are by far, the best agency I have worked with in Atlanta. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my role was not continued. 

I have worked with several staffing agencies over the last few years and these guys are VERY different. They don't waste your time, they respond to all inquiries and although you may not like what they have to tell you, they are always up front and "real." They placed me in several long term contract positions at a rate FAR and ABOVE what other agencies in the Atlanta area were paying.

I had a friend who had a misunderstanding with one of the recruiters and the Managing Partner at Execusource immediately called them to rectify the situation, something that is un-heard of in this industry!

The only problem I had with ExecuSource I was promised certain things that I never received. Once my job ended. All of a sudden the account manager would not return calls would not respond to emails and basically I was not compensated for time that I had given to the company and never compensated and yet I was told by ExecuSource I would be.  Very disappointed in the company after I left the company will probably never use them again.

I worked with ExecuSource and they placed me at my current employer. ExecuSource was extremely helpful in finding me a new career and made the move a smooth and easy transition. I am very thankful for all of their help and assistance as they were very professional and persistent in putting me with the right employer.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I was a remote worker so not sure how to answer that question

I worked at angel oak home loans through execusource, so I loved the whole experience.

Just let them know of you were running late or needed time off, turn in your time sheet and do your job and everything is all good.



Great follow through, extremely thorough and informative! Very honest and they worked hard to get me a perm position and did. They exceeded them my expectations! I would refer them to anyone and everyone!

These guys rock! They worked hard for me and found me a great assignment that went perm over in 3 weeks! They were no B.S. and a lot of fun to work with.

I have been working at ExecuSource for last 2 years. Overall a good place to work for. I wish they gave federal holidays and sick leaves to its contract project Engineers.

I cannot speak to what the culture, work life balance, or environment is like at ExecuSource as I was contracting with the company at the time. The recruiters were great, though!
