Decent company. IT department needs more qualified individuals to carry out daily job functions. Outdated tools/software. They are too dependent upon colleagues who worked for the company 20+ years instead of doing some form of cross-knowledge transfer for long term results. People within the organization are knowledgeable, but unaware how to apply it for better efficiency and there are some who are lazy but eventually will get it done. Workload can lead to burnout, confusion, and unrealistic expectations or responsibility for one person. PTO is great, benefits are affordable, upstanding/family-like workplace. 

Provides 'word class service' to members on every interaction according to the member Contact Center call flow. Actively to provide coverage in multiple queues as dictated by the business. Understand and solves member(s) problems, makes decisions concerning the policies of the credit union on loans, accounts, eligility of membership and collections.

I found that working at Grow Financial FCU was a pleasant experience at the least. The management was pleasant to work with just as the members were. The benefits I received were adequate and there was no discrimination within the workplace. My coworkers and I got along and a typical day at work was challenging yet rewarding. The hardest part of the job was to choose to leave it for another. But the most enjoyable part of the job, to me, was seeing every members' happy face as they walked into the door to ask for my assistance for any type of transaction.

I worked in Training and Marketing for18 years and enjoyed it from beginning to retirement.

The hardest part of job was traveling to 5 counties, serving over 200 
SEG groups.
The most enjoyable part of my job was interacting with the members and helping them with their CU products and services.


This company had been great for years and employees were truly valued for their contributions and effort. Over the last few years there have been major changes in upper management. Now the attitude is everyone is easily replaceable. Note: Covid shot is mandatory for employment with this company. Only apply if you have gotten or will get it. 

Was a good place to work, but personal vendettas among now former top management made it tough for corporate culture to take hold. Now, key top management personnel have either departed or will be retiring in the coming year. Lots of significant changes looming.

My Team worked very well together. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No major Issues. Just normal work life balance for the position I had. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
for the most part, the credit union had a positive culture. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked remote. I had daily interactions with other teams.

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is a fun and energetic workplace. My responsibilities on a day to day basis is to provide a total member experience known as TME.  I am a mentor to many in our organization helping those new and inexperienced staff rise in their current roles.  

All supervisors and managers are easily accessible which makes your voice count when it comes to decisions and conflicts you see in the workplace.

Grow Financial FCU is a great company to work for. I really enjoyed working at Grow Financial FCU. I was impress that the President and the Vice President knew their employees names. Everyone was very friendly there and willing to help each other.

I previously worked for Grow over the last 18 years. I am very grateful and thankful for all of the knowledge, training and experience I received from this company. I am extremely grateful for the 401 benefits and the competitive salary. I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for Grow. Such a blessing!
