This job has a horrible home/work life balance so if you have kids or family and they are a priority to you, don’t apply. If your health is a priority to you.. don’t apply ! I’ve never worked at a job that valued patients health over their own employees. The job is very cliquey as well, coming in it felt like high school with drama through the roof. Employees are on the clock gossiping about each other and the managers also gossip. Also every department is understaffed and there is no organization. All employees that I have met are very dissatisfied with their job and it explains the low retention rate perfectly. The apartment I was working in blew through 5 employees within 2 months .

Working here was like H*LL. You would think someone who have over ten years as a medical receptionist and some managing skills would not have any problems. Think again!  They give off this fakeness  that make you think that the place is going to be a great place to work once you get in the door of the actual place you're going to work  you find out how unorganized the place really is. Whoever owns MFA need to really get in there and actually do some real cleaning from the top down to the bottom from hiring managers to managers to trainings  They really need to do some cleaning cause right now you have a bunch of ghetto unorganized unprofessional people.

The MFA is poorly managed and poorly run. Senior management doesn’t fix anything. They point fingers at middle management and clerical staff as if we are the problem. The pay could be a lot better and the benefits are terrible. People are leaving left and right and they have been for years. No institutional knowledge or real on the job training. Worst job i ever had. I wish I had read these reviews before I accepted the job. The one good point is the people I worked with in my department. We all helped each other as best we could with no help from senior leadership. The CEO is clueless. 

Run and run fast!!! This company is a joke.  They care nothing about their employees.  Only for show. they hunt down employees who are not in their cliques and crucify them. If your not popular beware. Make sure your rubbing elbows with the right people! They offer bare minimum benefits.  NO JOB SECURITY!! THEY ARE GOING UNDER FAST!! because they put their hands in too many projects at the same time now they can barely run their facilities.  Smh...

Management is always talking negatively about employees. The company is incredibly unorganized with no communication with the main hospital. Lack of assistance from higher up with anything. Patients are always fed up with the way the facility operates and it creates a hostile environment for employees which management doesn’t seem to care about. Overall a horrible company to work for and I do not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the mental exhaustion with no support. 

Work load was too much for 1 person. Patient care was 30 hours a week, and admin time was 6-8 hrs. There was't enough hours in the day to provide appropriate turn around time for medications that needed prior authorizations for topicals, and biologic medications. Each MA was required to do prior authorizations for medications but sometimes clinic ended so late that there wasn't enough time.

This place does not care about their employees or patients. They are the type of organization that make sure the Executives are taken care of. 
Upper management is disrespectful, rude and has no clue on being a "people manager." HR does nothing about constant complaints about leadership. 

JUST RUN!!

This place is horrible, we have had over four directors I. The last year. HR is a joke you can’t report anyone anonymously. They don’t give raises and the managers don’t know what the contact center reps do, they just boss you around and have the departments mad at you because of the mistakes that the managers had you make. Run far from here unless you absolutely need a job.

It's a good place to get started:
- Typically I start out the day reviewing the schedule of staff. After which I review my emails for any project or patients correspondent. I oversee two sites currently and over see accounts payable, receivable and payroll.

A day consist of providing medical care to attendees  of conferences,shows and athletic  events in the District of Columbia. All nationalities were attending events. At times I would have to provide medical care for thousands  of people  as a single provider.
