A typical day at work is a good mix of routine tasks and new challenges, which keeps things interesting. I really appreciate the opportunities for growth the company provides. Management is supportive and recognizes hard work, which makes me feel valued and motivated.

The culture here feels more like a group of friends working together. Everyone is always willing to help out, which creates a supportive and positive team atmosphere. The hardest part of the job is balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and being really organized is key to staying on top of everything. It’s fulfilling to support our clients, primarily veterans, and have a tangible impact on their lives.

I have worked at Happy To Help Caregiving for a year and five months now in different roles. During that time I have learned management skills, hr skills, payroll, and other things seemingly impossible for someone of my age and experience. I sincerely enjoy working for the company. For me the hardest part of the job is that not everyone fits in well and seeing people come and go is a struggle for me. The most enjoyable part of the job is that feeling that what I am doing makes a difference for the community.

Sometimes you come across some grumpy clients. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very polite, professional staff, they work with you if your lost driving to a clients home residence.

Very well satisfying for me I enjoy my work with all my clients.

The communication between staff and supervisors is very prompt. Being able to choose your own hours is also a pro.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with a client that is harder to transfer. Sometimes it requires help.

Great. Everyone I've interacted with in the company has been incredibly helpful and considerate.

Working for Happy to Help Caregiving has turned out to be the best opportunity in my career. I can proudly say that I am making a difference in my community. The better I do my job, the more positive of an impact I have on not only our clients, who are a vulnerable population but on our caregivers, who are the hardest-working, most caring humans I've ever had a chance to work with.  

Taylor, the CEO truly cares for not only his employees but also the clients that are receiving services. He makes sure that you are feeling welcomed and if you are needing any training or are just not sure about something that he helps you to understand in a way that works for you. The staff with Happy to Help going above and beyond and truly are amazing.   

I'm looking forward to joining the company into extend my knowledge for helping those in need of help and care. I've been doing this overall for 10 years taking care of family and outside of home The company seems to be very caring for their employees not to me is a big plus

Working here has been interesting as I have limited caregiving experience. They got my feedback and the clients to make sure it was a good fit. They work around my school schedule well which I appreciate the option to go part time when classes. Management always answers when I call them with concerns.
