What is the best part of working at the company?
HVC was great, training and inboarding was great. Only reason I gave a 3 is personal experience in the specific office I was in. HVC as a company was great. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
One particular person at the location I worked was very difficult to get along with. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Company wide it is great. They are great with communication and gratitude.

If I hadn't moved, I'd still be working there today. I loved this job, the management, doctors, and coworkers were all fantastic! We all had a great relationship and enjoyed seeing each other even outside of work. This office is very busy, but personally I prefer it that way. Even during busy times, we all worked together and made things run very organized and smoothly. I've learned so much about Cardiology working here as well.

Great group of doctors and staff to work with. Fantastic practice!!  The docs are always on the Best Of lists. The docs go above and beyond for their patients and with a number of locations they are able to serve patients in many areas 

Working here was the absolute best. The staff was all very friendly as well as my coworkers . There was plenty of room for training and growth. Miss working here 

Great Company and a very great place to work. I will reconsider coming back in the future. I like the work life balance that the company offers. The benefits are a plus!

no work life balance/poor pay.
only benefit was flexible hours. No room for advancement. Front office manager had her favorites if they bought her gifts
