What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay is fair but no steady hours I'm more like was a fill in to certain people come back to work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not having enough clients to make any real money

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Personal care assistance going into people's homes and help them with the daily task of house cleaning ,cooking, laundry,  errands , medicine  reminders and all nationalities.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Helping others to help their life be a little easier so they can stay at home instead of nursing homes

I really do not have any best part to talk about.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When clients go through things,or switch up schedule it puts you in a bind...no work for a week or two, because sometimes you just can't do those hours.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Depends on where your working 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's ok a little annoying,some clients are lazy they seem to think you their maid instead of aid in assisting with help..some clients do not want to do anything for themselves.

HomeCentris Homecare  was a great work environment. Everyone had there own cubicles nobody was mic-analyzed  but it was indefinably a result driven company, as long as you got your work done nothing else was taken to seriously from you. the employees are all nice to each other. day started out coming in daily meetings, conversion meetings next by that time lunch then on to my desk scheduling preparing paperwork schedules, making calls to clients who need to come in, checking data base for expired or non received documentation

What is the best part of working at the company?
Schedulers were very kind and easy to work with and the field clinicians are wonderful. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management was not supportive, very derogatory and uneducated on many federal laws re: FMLA

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very tense and poor morale due to upper management

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
5-6 home visits per day with frequent need to go outside of your territory

Typical work day varies as far as patient load,  take care of patient according to plan of care,  client's are versitile.   Regarding hardest part of job is excepting loss of a client.   The most enjoyable part of the job is assisting someone's love one with the care they need.   job tile is CNA/CMT   

I enjoyed working for this company. Excellent  DON/NSG MGR. She was very easy to approach and communicate with. She did her job well, which in turn made it easier on the staff. The only negative was lack of work/visits and some favoritism was given to certain employees. However, flexible and friendly staff made this a good place to work.

I became a HomeCentris team member 5 months ago and ever since I started I been happy with the company, I can always get in touch with someone if I have questions, I am grateful for the ones that gave me the chance to work for them. 

I would love to keep growing with them for more opportunities.  

Only thing I wish is that we could get overtime and raises, otherwise I'm happy with my HomeCentris family. 

  

I worked there for almost three years. I loved the job, flexibility with making your own schedule is a plus. However, communication between departments is terrible; management seems not to care about the issues and just puts the blame/more responsibilities on staff—very high staff turnover.

Short hours and high crime area's

I wouldn't know anything about that 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sitting and waiting for  ppl wake up so you can do your job

They pay less than the competition and laugh when you ask to be paid at the market rate. Not worth the time unless you enjoy living on table scraps. If you ask for more they will just laugh at you.
